How to get the columns of the table based on different conditions in one column?

Hello

I have two sql queries-

Select sum (col1) sum1 Tab1
where join_date > (sysdate - 1).

Select sum (col1) sum2 of Tab1
where join_date > (sysdate-4)

I need to use a single query to get sum1 and sum2 data in a single line.

Can someone help please how?

Like this?

select sum(case when join_date > (sysdate - 1) then col1 else null end) sum1
     , sum(col1) sum2
  from tab1
 where join_date > (sysdate - 4)

    Hi Frank

    Yes, but I had more than 2 tables with item_characteristics, type_characteristics

    If there are other tables involved, then CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for them (for the relevant columns only). You must not post a lot of examples of data; usually just a couple of lines per table is enough to show the problem.
    Also post the results desired from these data.

    What I try to do is, I'm comparing new_value in log_item_characteristics (whichever is most recent) with CHR_VALUE in the item_characteristics and the needs of different output values

    I am trying to query is not giving desired out put

    Point out some places where the output is wrong and explain how you get good results in these places, using specific examples from the data sample.

    select  lic.PIRM_ID, ic.CHR_ID, lic.CHARACTERISTIC_NAME,
    lic.TYPE_NAME, ic.CHR_VALUE, lic.NEW_VALUE,  lic.MODIFIED_BY,  lic.MODIFIED_ON,
    ic.CREATED_BY, ic.CREATED_ON,ic.MODIFIED_BY, ic.MODIFIED_ON
    from log_item_characteristics lic, item_characteristics ic,type_characteristics tc  where
    lic.TYPE_NAME=tc.TYPE_NAME
    and lic.CHARACTERISTIC_NAME=tc.CHR_NAME
    and lic.PIRM_ID=ic.PIRM_ID
    and tc.CHR_ID=ic.CHR_ID and ic.CHR_VALUE <> lic.NEW_VALUE
    and lic.pirm_id in ('0307490N','0307521C')
    order by lic.pirm_id

    Thank you; It is useful to see the existing query. Really, you have to format your code.

    Please can you help me

    What you've posted so far is like saying "I'm going 200 meters to the North, and then 500 meters East, but I'm not getting where I want to go." I would have a better chance to help you if you said, 'I'm out of my house, at 100, Elm Street and try to get to the supermarket at Broadway 279. I'm going 200 meters to the North... ', or, even better. "I want to buy a newspaper and some orange juice, so I thought I'd go to a convenience store. I start at my house, at 100, Elm Street... »
    Always post some examples of data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, as you did in your first post) and the desired results from these data. Explain how you get these results from these data.

  • How to display the image in the table based on certain conditions

    Hi all

    I have a table of search results which has a column as error.
    The data that appears in this column after research is 1 or 0.

    I want to display an image of success for "1" and a picture of error to the '0' value in the table.

    How to get there?

    TIA,
    Bob

    You must use the af:switcher component - http://jdevadf.oracle.com/adf-richclient-demo/docs/tagdoc/af_switcher.html

  • How to get the time based on the time zone?

    Hi all

    I try to get timestamp based on the time zone I assign in the computer... for example right now I m CA, if I change the time zone of the computer IS, and use time get Sec.vi, I always get time to CA.

    and not the ACC at EST time... How can I get the time according to the time on my laptop?

    Think I remember vaguely that LV reads this parameter when loading, then try to restart LV after changing the time zone and see if that helps.

  • How to get the table without segment tablespace

    Hello

    I have a few tables in 11.2, which were created with creation of deferred segment and did so no segment/measure not yet. They already appear in dba_tables thus identical to the tab$, but do not have a defined tablespace.

    However, using dbms_metadata.get_ddl () the DOF resulting has the correct tablespace name. But what a view or table that I must query for this information with SQL?

    Thank you

    Robert

    Hello

    No, none of these tables is temporary, but it turns out that all the affected tables are ITO and so I have to check dba_indexes for the tablespace and the dba_indexes index_name when looking for a segment.

    Thank you

  • How to upgrade the table based on data in multiple tables?

    TABLE1:

    =======

    TXN_ID | NAME

    --------------------

    TX001 | null

    TX002 | null

    TABLE2

    TX005

    TX006

    TABLE 3

    ========

    TXN_ID

    -------

    TX001

    TX008

    TX009

    If TABLE1. TXN_ID present in TABLE2, I should update the form ABC TABLE1.NAME.

    If TABLE1. TXN_ID present in table 3, I should update TABLE1.NAME as XYZ.

    I can update this by running 2 scripts.

    UPDATE TABLE1 SET B.SID = 'ABC' WHERE

    IT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM TABLE2 B WHERE B.TXN_ID = A.TXN_ID);

    UPDATE TABLE1 SET B.SID = "XYZ" WHERE

    IT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM TABLE 3 C WHERE C.TXN_ID = A.TXN_ID);

    How can we do this in a single script? I have more than 10 tables as TABLE2 and TABLE3.

    Output should be:

    TABLE1:

    =======

    TXN_ID | NAME

    --------------------

    TX001 | XYZ

    TX002 | ABC

    TX003 | null

    TX004 | ABC

    TX005 | ABC

    TX006 | ABC

    TX007 | null

    TX008 | XYZ

    TX009 | XYZ

    Assuming a table2 and table3 will not have same tnx_id you can do.

    merge into table1 t1

    a_l'_aide_de)

    Select txn_id

    name

    de)

    Select txn_id, "TABLE2" name

    When matched then

    set t1.name, t2.name = update

    Ask2Learn

    You test something that you call "encrypted" data, which are not at all encryption.

    For example speaking of letter t.

    The CHR (ASCII('t') + 20) operation is pretty useless. You try to find the character that has the code binary and longer than 20 that the letter 't'. This can work with single-byte as WE8MSWIN1252 character sets, but it does not work with variable width as AL32UTF8 character sets. The letter 't' a code 0 x 74 in WE8MSWIN1252 and AL32UTF8. If you add 20 (decimal), you get 0 x 88. Byte 0 x 88 is a valid code in the WE8MSWIN1252, but is not a valid code in AL32UTF8. Bytes in this range may bytes of continuation in AL32UTF8, i.e. a second, third or the fourth byte of a multi-byte sequence.

    The "circumflex accent" character code 0 x 88 (in WE8MSWIN1252) has the code of two bytes 0xCB 0 x 86 in AL32UTF8.

    So, why not take a look at DBMS_CRYPTO integrated

  • How to get the process based on the correlation instance?

    Can someone please help me get all the process/sub-sub-process color based on the correlation.
    Is there some API available with the method like getProcessByCorrelation()

    Dude,

    First approach:
    public getInstanceByCorrelation (String processId InstanceInfo,
    String correlationName,
    Object [] correlationValues)
    survey OperationExceptionGets the instance specified by the process id, alias and the correlation values.
    Correlations defined during the Argument mapping in the Studio. Unlike the arguments, there is no way to retrieve the name of correlation or values programmatically.

    For this you must have ProcessServiceNESession.Please below the list of the api
    http://eDOCS.beasys.com/albsi/docs57/papijavadoc/Fuego/PAPI/ProcessServiceNESession.html

    Second approach:
    You can also use under method in ALBPM to findCorrelation
    instanceId = Correlation.findInstanceBy (name: "", values: {});
    Once the correlation is found, it will return u the instanceId of instanceId.From you can do what you want. Once again your fitness questions

  • How to filter the view based on different profiles fields

    Hi all

    I have a problem here. I have 2 profiles name "ABC" and "DEF". Each profiles have their own fields, for example "Fields1', ' fields 2" and "fields 3" under profiles ABC while "fields 4" and "field 5" should put under 'DEF' profile. "" ""»

    When I search for files and click on file information that belong to the profile of the CBA, I should be able to see only the domaines1, Fields2 and Fields3. Even in goes when I view the file under DEF profile information I can see Fields4 and Fields5. What happens now is, I can display all fields on both profiles. Can I track who?

    I don't know if this is related to profiles or not if not, how can I do this? Also, I named each folder main same name as the profile name. I have the main folder of ABC and DEF. When I try to view the files in each folder, only some fields that associate with this parent folder will be displayed.

    Really appreciate your help.

    Hi Aziela,

    Have you added xIdcProfile metadata to your rules that are added in your profiles say "ABC" & "DEF"?

    The sequence should be:

    1. Make entries in the metadata of the IdcProfile of your profiles trigger variables.
    2. Add the xIdcProfile of metadata in your consignment or information content rule according to your need
    3. Set the variable of relaxation according to your profile. (step 1)

    Try this & let us know the result.

    You can try to generate a report of Catalog Manager for analysis / SA want to create the line and your RPD you can go to utilities > documentation of the repository and get the domain you want to and get all the mappings in Excel format.
