  The reason why I want to do this is because I have a video clip with MANY quick cuts. So the clips are cut out and splattered everywhere. I'm color correction now and so I want to be able to select a clip around wherever it exists in the timeline so I can drag the effect on all the at once, without having to search each occurrence of the item in the timeline panel. This lot "select" would make it so I don't miss not all instances of the clip and saving a ton of time going through the timeline and Shift clicking whenever the clip is also up.

  I hope that the PP is smart enough to do this

What happens if your pallet traced has saved paths as long as there is no space empty to click in? I know that I can just to expand the palette, but I don't want to have to do that, because all my palettes are solidly organized in a giant wall o ' pallets on a second monitor.   A table has a class name of the subform, but will have a property of page layout with the value of "table."  If you find one of these, then you sweep that subform.

  I am trying to create a series of symbols for maps (North arrow, scale bars, etc.) and save them in the libraries of 'symbol' of the Illustrator - as the "cards".  The goal is that whenever I create a new Illustrator file, I can immediately grasp these newly created symbols without having to open another file and copy the line of the other file you want drawings (just trying to be more organized and efficient).

  I am at a loss. I understand how to make them in my drawing and break the link to change.  I also went as far to make a custom symbol and drag it onto the dialog box "Symbols" - but it wont let me to drag it into the dialog box "cards".  And even if I did drag a symbol in the dialog box - is it automatically saved?  There is no instructions on how to record the symbols the user creates.

  b. Select one of the Emails.
