  Please help me with this problem. I recently updated my system from windows xp service pack 3 for windows 7 Professional. But I'm having a problem with my CPU usage. My PC starts normally and continue to operate with a processor of 2-3%, but when I run an application or process as a copy, extract, play videos or MP3s etc...
