  I use windows 7 64-bit edition and a laser to oki c5150n printer and downloaded the latest drivers on the site.

  He always says the printer is offline, and when I uncheck "use printer offline" mode, whenever I try and print it gives an error that troubleshoot "patches" by turning the printer offline and the file I sent to print still does nothing. I have checked the cables, restarted the printer and computer, as well as using "remove hardware". any ideas would be appreciated

• Printer Laser HP Color LaserJet 3700 will not properly install in Windows 7 32 bit.

  According to the Windows 7 compatibility list the HP Color Laserjet 3700 Laser printer work on Windows 7 using the drivers provided by HP. However, when Windows 7 auto detects the printer and installs it, the device is installed under unspecified devices. If I go into the properties and try to manually install the drivers that Windows tells me that the latest drivers are already installed. I also tried to manually install the printer port LPT1, USB virtual port, with the HP USB port that was created by pilots using universal HP drivers and Vista drivers and none worked.

  Firefox 32.0.3 works great on Windows XP and contains many important security patches - actually, 'night' of pre-release Tester 35 Firefox version works fine, too.

  To answer your question, YES, it is compatible with Win10 - but you must use the HP software and drivers, not the one that is provided by Microsoft.

  You must download and install full feature software and drivers for the printer.

  Remove all the drivers and software that Microsoft install for the printer.

  Then unplug the printer and install the software.

  Do reconnect the printer until the installation program invited to do so.

  Once the installation is complete, restart.

  You should then be able to use your printer in Win10.

• Earlier today, I did the updates of windows. I rebooted and my computer kept restarting by itself before the logon screen. I was able to identify the error C00021A Windows Logon process.

  After trying to run chkdsk /f and still having no luck, I went and did a repair on Windows XP. It worked finally. Then, I went and did the 52 windows updates and then it happened to me again. I am now afraid to do updates on this computer window as I can't afford to have the same problem and spending 30 minutes to 60 minutes trying to fix it.

  Also to add, I tried safe mode and that has not worked. It did samething (restart the computer). Last configruration well known have had a result even it did not help.

• No laser Jet 1150 no way to set FastRes 1200 on Windows 7

  I am running windows 7 Home premium 64-bit, and I'm not able to put the printer in mode FastRes 1200... 300 and 600 dpi are only two options at my disposal.

  Driver printer is part of Windows 7 and does not update me. HP website just tells me to use the construct in windows drivers and gives me no other options.

  Any help on how to update the driver or get the printer to work in mode FastRes would be greatly appreciated.

  Baring that, any advice on the release of superior quality prints with this printer would be welcome... Right now, my attempts to print scanned in black and white pencil art don't look so good. Hoped that fastres would offer the best resolution.

  I'm sorry, but the pilot of InOS is the only driver of this printer.  There is no way to get the FastRes 1200 mode, if it is not available on the pilot InOS.  I'm sorry.
