  I try to print my labels for Christmas. I use avery labels size 2 "x 4" and all of a sudden to halfway through the print job, another image is printed on the background of the sheet of labels.

How can I get rid of this unwanted addition of my labels. I also tried a different word document that has a different picture of Christmas in all sections of 10 labels and sometimes it prints correctly and sometimes he adds this piture inside cookie half as well.

  The duplication that you see is the result of a bad installation program written by eSupport. It has nothing to do with Microsoft. I could do this:

  1. Rename the folder c:\eSupport in eSupport.junk
  2. Wait a week or two.
  3. If all goes well, remove the renamed folder.
