How to install DirectX 9 on windows 7 with DirectX 11

I recently tried to install Joystix Pro, which requires DirectX 9 to be exploited, but my computer has only the latest version of DirectX 11 and this version is not compatible for some reason any.

When I run the installer, it says:

Then a few seconds later, I get this as well:
Internal error 25259. DirectX - 9: an internal error has occurred.
the Installshield wizard said then the intallation is complete, but the program does not start.
So, to solve this problem, I am course, is quite common among users of windows 7, how do I install DirectX 9?
