  The drivers you need are on your disk drivers that came with your computer.

  If you do not have the drivers disk, you can download the drivers from Dell drivers & downloads, then copy on a USB key or drive and install from there.

  You can use vi, especially if you know vim, vi will not be much difference.

  I don't think that the parts are available for the classic. You must contact your carrier or your point of purchase for repair or replacement. If it's physical damage caused by you it may not be covered under warranty, however.

  This isn't an update, you must install. Delete all the downloaded files. You don't not firmware updates for your model unless there is a technical support saying that you do. You might not have even a drive hard seagate. Just download the files does not install them. For the record - back is no longer used or needed. You always use the Windows version of updates.

  All drivers for your computer listed on the download page are not specifically for your hardware configuration. They are not to date required. Those who are just to reinstall the drivers, you already have. Do not install anything unless directed to technical support. If you have problems with your computer and think that you need to reinstall the drivers, post info here in the forum and someone will help.
