  Looks like you install a version update of Lightroom 6.  The interface you see ask you to select the older version of Lightroom that you upgraded and enter its serial number so that you can prove that you are eligible to use the upgrade.

  then click Help > activate and use your cc to activate adobe ID.

  Although, if you already bought lr 5 pure and simple, it is not wise to do so.

  However, if you have lr 5 via a previous subscription to cc you should have used the same time CC purchases adobe id.
