  Oh, wait.  Never mind.  I found it.  There is a setting in Windows Mobile that allows you to activate the rotation of the screen.  Go to start > settings.  Once you are in the settings area, click the tab system and launch the Panel of the screen.  Tap the radio button for the Portrait orientation.  Tap button or press the OK and you should be in business.
