How to make a complaint about assistance online?

Hi all

I can't find an email address or a link to post a complaint so I'll try here.

Basically, I have LR5 and to reinstall the. Kept non-Installer. I contacted the support who told me that they did not support LR5 more and I had to post on the support forums. I was wondering what it is a purchased product, 1 one version behind the current version (LR6). Finally, after asking for the coordinated several time complaints Department told me that he was indeed supported and they would transfer me to the correct team. I was put in a queue and then disconnected. I saved the transcript of the conversation.

I have since bought LR6 but I would always like to complain about the way I've been misled and treated badly by the technology of useless online support.

Does anyone know how to post a complaint to Adobe?

The first response you received is correct (unfortunately) one - Adobe does not support the older products, including the LR5, except to help him with the deactivations if you ask carefully and do not get off topic.  In the cae of the LR5 however no problem with turning off because it is not a feature of this program.

You can post a complaint you want, but the short of it is that there is no place dedicated for filing complaints.  You can serve in a forum or contact support and see how long they stay on before they apologize for not be able to help and tell you to come on the forums.

If you need assistance with a problem with the LR5 then your best bet to get help is to start in the appropriate forum for the issue and provide all the details you have.  If it happens to involve downloading or installing the program, then this forum would be a good starting point.

    Call the same number you called to make the call or go through the web interface, Microsoft technical support that you went through to start callback support (they don't call you without initiate you somehow - manually) and ask to speak to a supervisor on a recent issue of support - you should have a few likely ticket/reference number - and report it.

    However, about 2 days ago the Assistant to support automatically downloaded and installed the latest version of himself. The '? It pinned icon Assistant decision-making support on the left side of my taskbar with icons for Windows Store File Explorer and other icons open programs.

    Hello once again, David,

    Success at last! I uninstalled HP Support Assistant and reinstalled. After the installation, I found that the wizard help icon was now right of my bar Windows 10 tasks in the notification area, where I'm used to seeing. See the image below. If this topic is now closed.

    Thanks for all your suggestions and help, which helped my analysis of this problem and its possible solution.

    Hi, I was wondering where I lodge a complaint?

    My computer is automatically restarted to install updates, I didn't want to because I have a test to do and I just literally needed to print a single page. But he decided that he had to force reboot and install the updates for more than an hour. I don't have that kind of time, I just needed notes for my review. It was incredibly frustrating, and I need to not happen do not.

    Change Windows Update settings that suits you.

    Open Windows Update by hitting on any fly in the right edge of the screen (or, if you are using a mouse, pointing to the corner bottom right of the screen, move the mouse upward), tapping or clicking on settings, tapping or clicking on settings change to PC, and then tapping or clicking on update and recovery.  Press or click on choose how to install the updates. Select the options you want.

    started using Illustrator and love it but I am not sure how to do something.  What I have done, is to create a basic card which has a white background.  I would like that the bottom half of the map to be a different color, so I added a blue block using the rectangle tool. That looks great, but I would like that the top line of the rectangle, which is located in the middle of the map, to be in a wave like shape.

  • How can I make a formal complaint about the Microsoft Customer Service?

    I tried to contact customer service about a problem I had with my DirectX, and frankly, the 'service', I received from the client has been obnoxious. On the rare times where I actually managed to get in touch with someone, I was treated with complete disregard. For example, I was on a live chat this morning, and after asking three times if I could speak to a supervisor, she agrees finally to connect to one. Twenty minutes later I had not plugged to a supervisor, so I let her know that I've been waiting for twenty minutes. She closed simply disconnected the cat and I now have to wait several hours to be connected to another cat. Microsoft employees have been totally disrespectful to me and their service has been horrible. How can I make a complaint about the problems I had to deal with? And how can I get in touch with someone who will really help me to solve my problem, as they are supposed to. You know, because it's their job?

    I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.     To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

    If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.

    I'm looking for information on how to file a complaint with Ms.

    I have had problems to download W10 and with a lot of time spent waiting and diversion through departments, had set a level 2 technician.  "Jimmy" says he will call at the time scheduled, and then don't ever; or, that's what happened tonight, said it would close the case because he could not get in touch with me.  I have a log of the time where I've been waiting and time that I called the windows help online to try to talk to someone. each time to get a delay time in which I would be called. Finally got someone who said that the technicican I would in the next hour. Never head of technology.  Then got the e-mail stating that because I had not contacted so, they closed the case. To reopen, the email said I had to call customer support everywhere again.   It is the 4th day I lost more than 4-6 hours trying to solve it.  This is the 8th time, I tried to contact MS for a solution to this problem.

    Apple is seeking at this stage as a better product.

By the GET windows update or download the iso?

  • How to make a formal complaint about the low level of support?

    Recently, Adobe has cancelled my account because of no payment, it's because I've lost my credit card linked to my subscription. I spent a lot of time trying to update my account payment settings online, but it does not work. I tried to contact someone via the support portal to help me update my payment method by using my new card. They sent me a link to update my card details as I did. During my next payment is due I always charged to my old card and receive an invoice by e-mail (this is not usual). Then I get another email telling me that my account was cancelled. When I check my bank account I was accused $76,13 by adobe (a strange amount). I contacted someone through the portal of support and asked why I had been charged this total and why my subscription has been cancelled. After providing all the payment information for him I had, he said that he had no record of it in his system. He said while "in this case I have to escalate the case to the next level, he will get back to you in 2-3 days by e-mail. I have not received email for more than a week. When I received an email in East of "support non-response' who said ' I have asked the team concerned to study in what respect $76,13 billed and will come back to you once we hear from the team." I answered twice and provided for my bank information confirming the money deducted from my account by adobe and have had no response in 3 days.

    I think that this level of support is not entirely satisfactory and that a problem like mine should be treated with a higher level of care by the support team. It shouldn't take more than a week to send me an email telling me that they had someone looking into it. I asked my membership be reactivated with no response.

    Does anyone know of a number of direct contact or email so that I can reach out to someone who may be able to solve my problem at a faster rate? and also to make a formal complaint about the abuse by management.

    Unfortunately there is no substantive complaints hotline.  If you can find a member of the staff of Adobe here in the forums and send them a private message, they would be willing to go further and push your question through resolution.

    You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software.

    Hi guys, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I just completely sure what I was looking for!

    Well, I think my first official for the company website that I work.  I was curious about how to make a navigation enough image size, with a little information and a link visitors could click to learn more.  I don't know what this method is called or where to start to create a!

    I was certainly not specific, but I don't speak of something similar to www.nationalgeographic.com.

    At the top of their page, they have a daily news thing, when you click the numbers, it takes you to a picture and a sentence of information and a link at the bottom left for "More".

    That's what I was looking for!

  • Since the installation of 4.0.1 I can't do a right-click on the icon in my taskbar and have Firefox give me the option "close and save" tabs. Only let's me know, I'm about to close several tabs. How to make 'save & close' return?

    Before installing 4.0.1 I could right click on the Firefox icon in the task bar of my computer and press on the window. He would then give me the option to "save the tabs and exit" or "close all tabs".
    Now he comes and tells me I'm going to close several tabs.

    It was convenient to be able to close Firefox and open it with all the tabs in place. There is nothing more annoying than to have several tabs lost because your computer has is an update of the day overnight and restarted. It is also useful when you want to run a tun - up or cleaner who asked that closing your browser for best results.

    Firefox stores now always the old session, and you can access it by going to the history menu and selecting "restore previous Session."

    If you want Firefox to display the message to save the session, it can be turned on again by changing some preferences.

    1. Type of topic: config in the address bar and press on enter
    2. Accept the warning message that appears, you will be taken to a list of preferences
    3. Find browser.tabs.warnOnClosepreference, if its value is set to false, double-click on it to change its value to true
    4. Repeat this for 3 preferences browser.warnOnQuit, the browser.warnOnRestart and the browser.showQuitWarning

    If you always open the last set of tabs, another approach is the following:

    1. Click on the orange button Firefox, then select options to open the options window
    2. Go to the general Panel
    3. Change the setting "When Firefox starts" to "show my windows and tabs from last time '.
