  I used Adobe Muse since the day it first came out, I played with the timings and effects of scrolling a lot. Tumblr landing page scrolling is very nice, I can see why you want a similar effect.   Not sure understand your question about transparent car image.  In web design you use with CSS background images then put real text in the HTML text of overlays on top of the image.

  To change transparency in Photoshop, adjust the opacity or fill level on your layer.

  You can assign the code onRollOver and onRollOut buttons to the dispappear of text, but you will need make the text a movieclip with instance name that you can use to target to make it invisible.  In the example below, the button has an instance name of "btn" and the movieclip of text has an instance name of "text_mc".
