  By default, windows has not usually (4) or (2) and if there are several files that it can be indicative of a program to move files if you do not have them.

  In response to questions:

  (1) insert a slideshow and a stretch as long along the horizontal width of the page, so that it should show the slideshow as the browser width, now, to remove the scroll bar that comes in the page, apply motion of scrolling with the value 1 and 0 for the movement upwards and downwards with starting position of 0.

  (2) you can either set state on rectangles so that the user place the mouse rectangle image will show the opacity as a layer on the image or you can use the flip card to make a similar effect:

  (3) you can use the ToolTip widget to create a pop-out effect for the menu items and set the parameters in such a way that users when the mouse pointer move outside the container, the container will be automatically hidden.

While talking to this guy telling him what I need, he infomed me that his is blind, but still collects our products (fine a type 'seeing is believing' product') I was flabergasted, and then he said that he had a comment, that (go figure), our site is completely image based translates well on his page reader (windows-eyes) , So I talked to him a little more and decided that especially for the car he "visualized" I would make an effort to make very friendly Windows-Eyes, so that he could get the full description of the bus, calendar, etc. by using its drive and not to someone else to read it to him.   alt attributes are not supposed to "pop-up". This is a bug in IE. Use an empty

  Since you haven't posted any code, I guess that you have a CSS rule in your style sheet main governing the footer.

  You cannot add a margin-top to this rule because it would affect the footers on ALL your pages.

  I suggested a styleblock only on the contact page which would negate the main style sheet on the contact page

  This would be thesection of the contact page.

Then, the customer should be able to add "persons associated with this case." I think that by clicking on a button and a new page occurs where the customer can then enter data on people related to the case.

  That means on I want to put a button on page 1 and when you click page 2 become active. If the button is clicked the form from the point of view of the customer will not consist only of a single page.

  I hope that made any sense at all. If this isn't the case, I'll try to explain once more. But I hope someone can help.

  Create the form as a form of page 2, page 2 to the hidden value and then place a button on the first page that affects to visible when you click on page 2. You can put this script in the click event of the button:

  Form1.Page2.presence = "visible";

  When page2 is the name of the second page of your form, and form1 is the name of your form. Be sure to set the button to javascript scripting language.

  I had it on one of my laptops. There is an add-on called "highlighter browser" or something close to that. I removed that addon and the problem stopped.

  I put the image in an actual html file inside a div with height and width. This zip file and insert as a html5 animation.

  There are several ways to allow the user to click on the window real div and drag. GreenSock has the best but JavaScript solutions do exist as well, not as smooth.

  For a newspaper site, you will need to use a CMS (content management system). This will give you the 'control panel' you mentioned.

  You will need a system that allows different levels and types of access. For example, your advertising service must be able to set up and manage paid ads. Your writers will be able to add content to the Web site, but publishers can have greater control over the content. A database will be used to store all the content of the pages of the site.

  Dreamweaver can be used for some aspects of the development of a site like this, especially the appearance. You can probably find a CMS that you can buy that is specifically designed for newspapers.
