  Since you haven't posted any code, I guess that you have a CSS rule in your style sheet main governing the footer.

  You cannot add a margin-top to this rule because it would affect the footers on ALL your pages.

  I suggested a styleblock only on the contact page which would negate the main style sheet on the contact page

  This would be thesection of the contact page.

  I have to make very large panels for a store.

  The panels will be 3 metres high and 6 metres wide.

  How do you people do?

  In the end, I want to have everything in indesign. But the background is a picture great photoshopped.

  You don't need 300ppi for an image this large. Which is way exaggerated and will also lead to a massive file.

  Start with the pixels in the original image and see what the ppi is proving to be the size you want. If it is somewhere between 20 and 75 ppi is probably acceptable as it is. It will be seen from afar, and further more the figure of ppi can go.

  As a general rule, a good high resolution image of a current (approximately 6000-7500 long side of pixels) camera will work normally without any upsampling. If you are supposed to be able to walk up to him, you might need more, but all the upsampling never does is reduce the visible pixels, if it is a matter of concern. There is usually very little to be gained by the latter.

  Do it in InDesign - do not try to produce a finished Photoshop file, which is really not intended for or designed to manage the text and vector elements for such things.

  Maybe you want to just a 3 D with a bevel effect, you can control the height of the extrusion and the bevel cut.

  You can turn them into symbols and use the symbol for their scale color tools and thus transform or graphic styles applied to various forms.

  If you use a graphic style you need to color after you apply the styles as you would with a symbol.

  I indeed used interactions of checkboxes or radio buttons many times for this kind of slides. That's why I'm confused and I first want to know if you want an answer to the second issue as well? For the first question, it is clear that you need an interaction of option buttons, I don't know if you want to allow more than one choice for the second question. Only when you need to allow more than a choice will you have the interaction of check boxes, in the other scenario, option buttons will do the trick. It makes a big difference, because the radio button widget has only one associated variable that will store the selected element. For the widget checkboxes, you need a variable for each choice.

  Have you thought about putting an index on (upd_dt, dstn_type)?

  With the query you posted, and this index, it should be possible to use a full scan of the index, no visit to the table at all.

  A bitmap index would not be a good idea, if it is an OLTP application / table.
