How to make Firefox ask again me if I want to save a password for a website when I already said it not?
I go to a website and log on to it.
Firefox asks me if I want to save the password.
I say no.
Later, I decide that I don't want Firefox to save the password on this website.
How can I make Firefox ask me if I want to save this password again?
The Web site is not listed in the (Options-Security-passwords-Exceptions) list.
I see that you always use the old version of Firefox 29.
In this version autocomplete = off on the form will prevent Firefox to store the name and the password.
In this version, you have the signon.overrideAutocomplete set to true.
In Firefox 29, the default value is false, and in the current version this pref is set to true by default and will bring up the door hanger to remember the password.
But you need to update to version Firefox 34 because Firefox 29 known security vulnerabilities.

Why firefox don't ask me if I want to save the password for a site? He is used to.
Firefox asks me if I want to store a password for sites that do not have a password stored. I have stored passwords for multiple sites but can't add or change passwords.
Make sure that you are not Firefox running in permanent private browsing mode (don't remember history).
- Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "use the custom settings for history".
- : Uncheck the [] "always use the private browsing mode.

How can I get Firefox to save a password for one that I deleted?
I have a bookmark in a Web site that has saved my login and my password. I changed the password but not asked to update. For all other websites for which I changed my password for Firfox asked if I wanted to update the password. So I deleted the entry for user name and password for this Web site. However, he still reminds the user name but will not be asked if I want to save the password. Why the change? Why can't I save my new password?
This Web site may use autocomplete = off to prevent registration of data in form as the name and password of Firefox.
You can remove autocomplete = off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox to store data of form such as names and passwords.
Note that Firefox doesn't form data automatically populate automatically saved when autocomplete = off is used, you must double-click the empty name field for a drop-down list.

Firefox asks me if I want to save my password
I just bought a new computer, downloaded the latest firefox (did not import information from my old computer firefox yet), and although I've seen the guest waited to save a password when you enter a site once (I don't not saved it at the time), the prompt is not displayed. the same thing occurs for any site, it asks me ever if I want to save a password. I double checked my settings, and I put it properly to the request (click on the box to 'remember the password for sites', do not have "private browsing" mode is (is dimmed oust), have disabled modules I've had (I have AdBlock and McAfee as Add-ons), have restarted Firefox several times and still no luck) He never asks me if I want to save a password for logon on any sites. I am running Windows 7 and using Firefox 3.6.11. Help! Thank you.

I have Acrobat professional 9. I moved it to my new computer Windows 10. Whenever I have printed on a home printer it ask again me if I want to improve and I only have 12 days to do it. How can I get rid of him. I have a valid license. What is the cost and benefits, the upgrade to Acrobat 9 professional to the latest version (I think it's X)
No, X is not the last. In fact, X, as 9 is now unsupported. After X XI, after that XI was DC. DC is the current version. No upgrade price from 9 more, unfortunately. You can subscribe to DC, and this is recommended because it gets new features faster and includes future updates (probably will be necessary as Microsoft moves to Windows 10 edition when they feel like it, instead of waiting for Windows 11/12 etc..)

I like the fact that Firefox will save my passwords, but I don't want that to record the essential password like banking etc. When I enter my banking website, Firefox asks "I want to save this password". I click "never for this site". But the next time I'm on my Bank's Web site, he asks me the same question again and again.
Is there a way I can stop Firefox do this? Either way, my bank site never appears in the 'Exceptions' box (to the saved passwords).

I installed the latest version of Firefox on my laptop (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit). The thing is that firefox prompt to save passwords of websites. I'll explain you a little more away with an example: suppose I load www.gmail.com. When I login, the password manager key is displayed on the left side of the address bar, but the corresponding window which would ask if I want to save the password or not, does not appear. I tried all the possible solutions. It is true that when I restart firefox with disabled modules (safe mode), password manager works fine. But I don't really use Add-ons that could prevent firefox to save passwords. I disabled all add-ons and ran firefox in normal mode, but the password manager does not work yet. Please keep in mind that I tried everything and that any post not published so far describes a similar problem to mine case. Consider that I have the same I have configured the entire system from the beginning. The problem appeared again from the first time I launched firefox. At that time, I had not installed any antivirus software and there is no add-on with firefox. Hope someone can give me a valid solution...
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.
Rename signons3.txt and signons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.
You can add .old files (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) names or move them to another folder to make it possible to cancel the action.
You must define a new master password after renaming or removing the signons3.txt and all the currently saved passwords are lost.
If that worked, then you can delete the renamed files that are no longer needed.See:

How can I stop the safari asking to save a password for a site?
I have a site I connect but do not want to save the password (it uses the number of a hardware token within the powers). Safari doesn't give me the option to save or "not for now". Is it supposed to be an option 'never', or can I manually add this site to a white list or another way to stop asking him every time?
Safari > Preferences > AutoFill
Click on the "Edit" button beside "user names and passwords".
Select and then delete the site and the Info for that "never for this site" has been selected by choosing the entry
and clicking on the button 'Delete' the bottom.
Quit Safari.
Log in to the site again.
When the dialog box is displayed to save the automatic filling of information, click 'yes '.
