How to move from Windows 95 to 98 or higher?

I have made several attempts to upgrade and the computer will not charge 98. As the Setup program begins it starts the implementation of Assistant and says "Toshiba Windows 95 Utilities is not compatible with the windows 98 Second edition upgrade. To uninstall this service, see the hardware notes section in the configuration of the TXT. This file is the folder on the windows 98 Second edition CD win98"
So it tells me to download a file that says utl95delI run this file and I get a message "this program has performed an illegal operation and willshut down", how to make my OS?

Help, thanks Scott

Hello

All Toshiba tools are created to work properly with the operating system. That means that the tools that were created for Windows 95 can not work with W98. Can you please give us more information about the model of your laptop? You can also see the Toshiba site, if it is possible to download drivers or tools for your laptop if you want to install Win98. Check this site http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com please. You will find a download of drivers option under Support & downloads.

  • How to move from window to another screen with keyboard

    Hello

Using extended display, monitor 2 is a few feet away, making it difficult to manipulate the window with a mouse.  I've seen several shortcuts which supposedly do the following, but none of them worked.  So be as specific as possible when I'm doing something wrong.

How can I use the keyboard to move the display of Monitor 2 to monitor 1, where I can handle?

How can I use the keyboard to display on a monitor 2 full screen and way (I do not remember what we call the size between small and larger)?

Also, sometimes (but not always) monitor programs open on 2 but I want them to open the monitor 1.  How can I make sure that they have always opened on 1 monitor?

Thank you for any help you can give.

These options may be available when you use the specific multimonitor software provided by your graphics card manufacturer (or third party), they are not available with built in multi-monitor win driver

(They are no longer available at multiscreen Nvidia, under win7 drivers, whereas they were available under Windows XP with the same graphic card)

In the unlikely event that you have in Windows XP Enterprise edition, you can use the utility Microsoft Windows MUI in the menus, messages, & c holdings to the French. Otherwise, you or your friend will have to remove the English-localized version of Windows XP and install the localized version of French.

Then there is the case of all installed programs. Changing to the French Windows XP does not change requests for the French.

I searched through default settings, account information, etc. anything. I believe that under XP, you could choose an account or another.

OE has the option of identities, Winmail opener does not work. Unless you have separate Windows logons, you use the same instance of WinMail and share the same Inbox, unless you create another and divert the mail with message rules. The only "switch" you have at the moment is when you compose a new message, there is an arrow down to the right of the field to choose the account, the message will be.
