  Albums do not store photos. They use and referencing the photos that are in your library. You can add a photo of your camera albums as much as you like, but the photo should stay in the camera or the album can not use it.

  (1) I created reports under folder "my files". I would like to move this report under "shared folders". How to make the move?
  
  (2) to download the new report OBIPE request file "OPE" or "zip". I spent some time trying to export/generate an OPE file or zip, but I couldn't find links options to do so.
  
  Note that I have developer administrator privileges. Maybe, I just don't see this basic functionality! After all, it's Friday 17:00.

  to copy or move reports from your folder to the shared folder simply click the image to the left of the name of the report to copy and the menu on the left border of your browser window will expand. the new features will be 'Rename', 'copy' and 'delete '.

  To copy your report, click "copy". You will notice that the menu is expanding at another time. the new point is "insert." now, navigate to the target folder. Here, you can press "Insert" and your report will be cpoied in this folder. To move the report, you must remove to its original position. For all operations, you have the right to do. If you are unable to insert your report in the shared folder, ask your administrator to grant the right.

  If you want to manually copy your reports, you must check the file system. In file storage from the BEEP, there are folders for each user, and the default format for reports BEEP is OPE. You can copy or move the report folders to any other reports folder in the repository (user / shared) and the report appears.

  I have a question:

  Recently, we have improved a number of virtual servers in Windows 2003 to 2012. In fact, in each case we installed a new virtual machine, detached the data of the old 2003 VM disks and tie then the new virtual machine to 2012. Of course, this way the VMDK file remains in the folder of the old virtual machine. When I then deletes the old VM, a new has his record with his normal config files and the VMDK where the OS is installed and THAT VMDK data remains in the folder of the old virtual machine which is empty otherwise.

  To a suitable opportunity (restart Windows updates) I would like to stop the new virtual machine and physically move data VMDK private new virtual machine folder, and then restart.

  Unfortunately, when I do it with the browser of the vSphere client data store, it acuatlly copy the VMDK to the new folder and then removes it from the old folder.

  Since this is a large amount of data (several hundred GB), I would avoid it, of course.

  I have not found a really _moving_ "GUI" method a VMDK from one folder to another folder in the data store even without copying.

  I can't SSH in an ESXi host that has access to the data store, and then use 'mv' at the shell level. This seemed to work very well with a few small trials VM (s).

  But is it safe to do this way? Is there another way (official)?

  The vmkfstools command is a command to run at the server command line, no windows.

  There are several reasons:

  The vmkfstools command was specially written to create/copy/clone/rename virtual disks. This command takes the hosts management resources into account. Also will write that the blocks are written more optimally. It is also the command which is fully aware of the mechanisms such as thin and sparse disks.

  It is also the only command that VMware will support if you end up getting in trouble.

  After you connect to http://files.acrobat.com, you can click on the button "New folder" from the upper right to create a folder.

  1. you do not move a Public folder. You place what is inside of the Public folder.

  Open the Public folder > select the subfolder that you want to move > drag and drop the file to the desired location.

  A better way is to use Move To or copy to options in the right click context menu.

  Open the Public folder > select the folder that you want to move > right click it > click Copy To > navigate to the folder/location > until it clicks > click Copy > go and make sure if the folder is copied to the new location. If Yes, you can remove the Public folder (if you want).
