How to move the button refresh?

I would switch the Refresh button to the left of the URL size. However, when I go to the 3-bar menu and choose Customize, it seems to be set up as part of the URL bar, and there is nothing I can do to move.

Please tell me how to move.

I use Firefox on OS X Yosemite 40.0.3.
