How to open a folder on my USB key that is not displayed on my directory

I copied a file from my PC to a USB key.  When I plugged the USB on my MacBook Pro, the folder is not displayed.  Is there something I can do to find it?

Hi jimgfrommillbreae

Make sure that the folder has not been set as hidden on your PC.
