  You do not have. Support for Pagemaker was abandoned after CS6, but as a Subscriber, you can still download CS6 and allows to convert the .indd .pmd.

  Ok. To open a document in your own format in silent mode, you register your file using AIFileFormatSuite::AddFileFormat format.   Open the PDF in Reader/Acrobat and go to Edition-> Preferences-> Documents and select "Restore last view settings... "option.

  Now, close the file and open it again.

  No need for all of the services without a head. The invocation of the NFC since 10.0 can do what you describe - assuming that the application is installed on both devices.

  In the handle bar, registerv for a specific tag / content type.

  When you type - open application should emulate a tag of the same type.

  Invocation will open the application on the second device to satisfy the request.
