  From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  In the print dialog box, you would get options to resize your document.

  Try them and see if that helps.

  Once you choose the print option, it would give options to change the size of the page you need.

  We use forms 11 GR 2 with Weblogic Server 10.3.6 with Database 11 GR 2.

  I am able to open two type of console successfully;

  1 oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control.     (for the database of monitoring)

  2 oracle Weblogic Server Administrator Console.   (for Weblogic Server monitoring)

  But I do not know how to open the console to forms (such as Oracle Enterprise Manager 11 g Fusion Middleware Control), for the monitoring/control activities forms/States, such as what user using what forms, killing shape etc user sessions.

  Please guide how to start console for forms/States.

  It looks like you may have some saved jobs in your queue that need to be removed.

  Here's how:

  To clear the print queue, stop the print spooler service and delete all the jobs/print pending.
     
  You cannot delete all print jobs in the queue so that the Print Spooler Service is running.
        
  To stop the Print Spooler Service, click Start, run and enter in the box:
         
  services.msc
         
  Click OK to open the Services Applet.
         
  Locate the Print Spooler Service, right click and choose 'Properties' and then click on the "Stop" button to stop the Print Spooler Service is running.
     
  The option "Startup Type" of Service properties print spooler is usually set to "Automatic" (which is now a good time to check it out).
     
  If the "Startup type" is not set to "Automatic", set the "Startup type" to "Automatic" If that is your desire (which now is the time to check it out).

  After the reboot, check again the Spooler Service for printing and the 'Status' column for the print spooler must be read "started."
