How to print 4 different pictures on one page with Windows Photo Gallery?

Could not find any way to add different photo once I chose one to print (so I can print 4 different photos on A4 only once.)

Select 4 photos in the photo gallery
In the top of the page, click on print, then print again (or just do CTRL P on your keyboard)
When print photos screen opens upward, on the right-hand side, scroll down to 3.5 x 5 in. (4)
Make sure that in the bottom of the box for photo to Fit the frame is selected
At the top, you can adjust the PaperSize, quality, Type of paper and that printer.
Once completed your settings, click print at the bottom

That should do it... If this solved your problem, please mark this as the answer.

Thank you..

When you print pictures, is it possible to print different pictures on one page at the same time? If this is not the case, the photo paper is lost because you can't get your full 4 prints if you do individually. • How to remove the history of tag list box in Windows Photo Gallery

Photo Gallery maintains a list of every tag I used.  I don't have these old tags more and I would like to clear them from the zone drop-down list to the right of the screen, but I can't find an option delete by clicking right or any other way.  How can I do this?

    Hi sailorsteve,

To clear the tag suggestions, follow the steps mentioned below:

Important:- This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

How to back up and restore the registry in Windows:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/322756

    1. close Windows Photo Gallery.

    2. go to start | Run | type regedit and press ENTER. (On Vista you will be prompted by the user account control dialog box if you have not logged as local administrator.)

    3. in the search for the Publisher of the registry at this location: HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Windows Photo Gallery\Library\PreviewPane\LabelAssignment\MRU

4 in the pane, you should see the list of tags that appear in the auto-suggest list.  You remove the (s) you want.

    5. When you are finished, close the registry editor and open Photo Gallery.

Note: Make this manual workaround solution does not remove the actual Tags of files or the database of the library.  So, even if you delete all the items in this list from this registry location, your actual tags remain intact.  Only, this clears the auto-suggest list.

  • My Windows Photo Gallery has incorrect time for good that my computer is correct. I know how to change the time, but wanted the exact time is displayed automatically when you scan photos etc as before.

Time is incorrect in Windows Photo Gallery and I would like to do this automatically scanned early for photos instead of my change time.

    Hi Sardai,

Unfortunately, this information is not always accurate. If you took some of your pictures in a different time zone, for example, the time recorded for these pictures could be incorrect by several hours. The camera can also be set to the wrong date and time. Or, if you're scanning photos, ta date will reflect the date that they have been digitized, not the date on which they were taken. All these anomalies can be adjusted manually.

To change the date or time

    1. open Windows Photo Gallery by clicking on the Start button, all programs, and then clicking Windows Photo Gallery.

    2. If you do not see the details on the side of the window pane, click information on the toolbar to display it.

    3. click on the image you want to change.

    1. to select more than one picture, hold down the CTRL and click each picture you want to change.

    4. click on the date at the top of the details pane.

    5. click on the arrow next to the date and then click the correct date on the calendar.

    6. click on the time at the top of the details pane.

    7. Select the correct time.

To adjust the time for pictures taken in a different time zone

    1. open Windows Photo Gallery by clicking on the Start button, all programs, and then clicking Windows Photo Gallery.

    2. right click on the image you want to change and then click on change time taken.

To select more than one picture, hold down the CTRL and click each picture you want to change, and then click a picture when you are done.

    3. in the change to box, type the number of hours to change, or click the up or down arrow to select the number of hours. To make the new start time, type a minus sign (-) before the number.

Your photos are not 'in' photo gallery... it accesses just
the files where they are stored on your hard drive.

Open Photo Gallery Windows and right click on one of the
Photos and the Menu... Choose... 'Open file location '...
This is the folder that the photos are actually archived.

The only Photos archived by library are the original
copies of photos that have been published. They should be in
    the following location.

    C:\Users\\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows
    Photos of Gallery\Original.
(Do not move or change these files, because it allows to avoid
Photo Gallery of back to the original version)

  • Creating a PDF file from the screen printing on Windows Photo Gallery

I need to print to PDF from Windows Photo Gallery - specifically the contact sheet

Do I need to have something put in place in the printer section to do this?  like to convert it to the PDF format

    Hello k. Hilger,.

The Windows Photo Gallery does not read or open the PDF files.

The best way to print PDF files is as you say, take a snapshot using the screen printing screen.

Save the file as .jpeg and then open with Windows Photo Gallery and you should be able to print it out.

You may not make any changes to your printer.

    Thank you

  • Printing different pictures on one sheet

Despite the help instructions, I am unable to find out how to print four different photos on an A4 page.  I can print the same photo four times, but not four different.  Can someone please explain to me how this is done?  I had no problem on my old desktop with Windows XP, but now I have Windows 7, and it's not the same.  The answer of help is to click each photo, and then press on print.  Does that cancel a photo when I go to the other.  Can anyone help please?

  • How to delete a picture in Windows Photo Gallery tag files or specific files of photo files without deleting the image completely out of all of these places, leaving the image in one place vs. have in several places?

I'm trying to manage my photos already imported and downloaded on my computer.  There is a master "All photos and videos" folder in the Windows Photo Gallery all in the top left of this program.  Below that is a folder "Images".  Below that are "Tags" with a certain number of 'labelled' folders below.  Lower in another main 'Images' folder with a folder of the yellow file beside him icon.  Here's this file, a number of other folder also named with the file yellow folder icon next to them as well.

What I'm trying to do is manage all these photos and who want to keep a copy of an image in one of the folders of images with an icon of yellow folder next to him.  However, if I delete an image from anywhere in one of the places mentioned above, no matter which, a copy or copies of the image lies, the given image and all copies in one of the other place listed in the first subparagraph above are deleted and this specific photo is present ONLY in the recycling bin.

How can I do what I want to do here?  I hope that's clear enough!

    Thanks a lot (someone)...

    Hi EKahn,

When you delete a file from the library, you do not your computer delete it. If you delete a folder, photo library no longer displays images and videos that were in that folder, although the file remains on your computer.

You can remove the folders that you have added to the Gallery of photos at any time, but you cannot remove files that are in the default Photo Gallery. Remove a folder prevents him from appearing in the photo gallery. If you delete a photo, it is deleted from your computer as if you deleted the images folder.

Select the pictures and videos are displayed in Windows Photo Gallery

  • Unable to print only one page in a multiple page / image tiff file using Windows Photo Gallery

IT seems that for Windows Vista Photo Gallery is able to display multiple images in a TIFF file format when printing, but it does not select the image to be printed. Whenever I print a tiff image file two pages to print.  Since most of my photos are in TIFF format, and each contains two images one by one another at a reduced resolution and normal resolution I'm only interested in printing the first image and not the second.  I really don't want to convert all my photos in a different format.  Does anyone know if there is a setting to fix this?

    Hi KKosin

Welcome to the Microsoft Vista answers Forum!

    I suggest measures are:

    1. try to print the image in MS Paint, steps to follow:

    i. Click Start, in the search box, type in the paint

II. open the document to print

III. click on print and check

    2. change the format of an image file and check if this problem is still happening. You can change the type of file to the JPEG/JPG format. Steps to follow:

    i. right click on the file type

    II. select Rename

III. the extension .jpg or .jepg replace

IV. and then try to print
