You can connect to one of the catalyst for business advanced accounts to implement these features or use widgets from third party services.   GOOD GRIEF!  I found my problem! Thanks for your help and advice, I now know what I've done... I did the DVD to backup my FILES (5 DVDs) and after that was done the RECOVERY DVD (3 DISCS), my dad put the 5 file DVD side and thought what we had were the 3 DVD recovery... my moment of panic when I couldn't find a way for files...  SO THERE WE GO, PROBLEM SOLVED! BUT WITH A BETTER KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO SAVE / SAVE AND RECOVER!
