  Relying on the buttons have not helped get the iPod to start playing or to restart, please follow the steps outlined in the article below to reset your iPod.

  I suggest you to set the service to automatic and check if this is useful.

  a. click the Start button and type Services in the Start Search box and press enter.

  b. find the Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRPsvc) services or services Peer Networking Identity Manager (p2pimsvc), set it to Automatic to clicking on the service and selecting Properties and change the Startup type to Automatic.

  Method 1: I suggest you try a clean boot and check if the problem persists in the boot.

  I have a desktop computer Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with an ASUS M4A87TD EVO motherboard. After that I downloaded all three files, I installed the chipset driver and USB driver in uncompressing them, by clicking on each file, by clicking on Setup. For some reason, the BIO 2001 pilot had only a ROM file, so I just deleted total. After installing and restarting the computer, the keyboard does not.

  I want to emphasize that, before even manually, download the drivers, I tried using WIndows Update to install all important and recommended updates. After the computer restarts, the guarded keyboard lights flashing on and outside.
