  If you aren't that can cause Time Machine to have difficulties to do housework to free up disk space for new backups.

  It seems that the generic drivers provided by Microsoft for your Bluetooth device are the cause of the problem. That is why, even if you have uninstalled them before restarting your PC, they have been re-installed again.   RNR does support only 1 location of target, in your case, local backup or USB.

  If you change the location to the USB, it will ask "delete backups on Local.  If you say no, it will keep local backups and start on USB. View backups should ONLY list target current place of residence.  In your case, USB.  You said delete Basic, yes he deleted based on USB.

  Go to the RNR, menu, advanced and post a screenshot of the view backups.  Do not use the main pane.

  I recommend you to use a very good third party software called NORTON GHOST. I use it for a year. You can create own recovery DVDs and use any time when there is a problem.

  I do the same thing. This created individual image is recorded on the partition d. If I want to have the new facility that I simply start GHOST and the partition c is crushed.
