  I fell earlier in this mess even before I realized what had happened. The ONLY thing that worked was a SYSTEM RESTORE. We have Windows 7. Then try this:

  Click START, type in the search box, SYSTEM RESTORE, and then follow the instructions. Our system restored last night fortunately and so I chose that time and date of my restore point. He did take a FEW minutes and you can't do anything, while it restores but it was well worth because HE IS GONE!

  No, no, you haven't.  PC Cleaner Pro 2012 is a scam, you have a virus/trojan infected/infested with who was * not * offered by Microsoft.

  Next time - before starting to fall in love with anything - do a little research.  They had you 'Google' (no glasses, although there is an app called Google Goggles for some phones, I digress) - you should do the same for products and other things that you don't understand / do not know in the future.
