  (1) I can avoid this warning message by adding RRE to the pdf document, but I don't want to add RRE like I want to just change the user interface (no form submit required ir).

  I'm sure you can't script for this message to not appear. If opening a form that is not Reader Extended in Reader, as soon as the user interacts with the message form is wired to appear.

  After you are sure that you have copied all the files you want from this folder, use the Disk Cleanup Wizard to remove the folder.

  Replication of Virtual Machines using seeds of replication

Or, when I connect with my pro account, CC says that it detects no subscription, and offer me only the trial version. A colleague suggested that this is due to the fact that I'm going with my personal account previously on my machine, account with which I had actually only installed the trial version. Will there be an equivalent of cookies in the creative cloud app? If yes how to remove them? If not, how to fix this problem?

  The "recovery Partition" in question is not a thing of Microsoft.  Ask that ever created it (the manufacturer of your computer) which will probably help you not because it's beyond their desire to do so.

  I suggest you create / have external media and numbers of series/product key in another place course of the computer itself.
