  No, you cannot use a standard drink as a 'server' Windows operating system computer and have it force the settings for the other computers on your network.  To do this you would need a server, run a real server OS and use a domain Active Directory to push the settings to your PC.

But the Muse team thought that it would be confusing for beginning users, have these buttons according to Plan too much in view as well.
