    Hello 4646tm, I understand your frustration. Here's how to remove a plugin:
    Click the menu and then click on Add ons, which looks like a piece of a puzzle.

        Type about:plugins into the Location bar and press Enter to display the About Plugins page.
   Each entry in the About Plugins page will have "File:" and "Path:", showing the name and location of the plugin file. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder shown for the plugin you want to remove.
   Rename the file to add an X in front of the filename (for instance, npswf32 becomes Xnpswf32).

    You said that you do not want links, but I'll give you a couple just in case you do not want to uninstall the plugins manually. These links are to pages that tell you how to run the uninstall it please do not hesitate to tell me if you think that they are not useful.

    Uninstall Adobe Flash - Windows

    Uninstall QuickTime - Windows Vista/7

    Follow the instructions:
    Download Microsoft Silverlight (instructions to uninstall also)

    I just put a couple of the most common out there, if you have a specific plugin you don't want it please tell me and I can dig to the top of the page for it, also you can do manual uninstall I gave you.

    You can remove the library template by going to the tab manage and scroll to the model library section. Now, simple click on the name of the model and on the right, click on the button Delete.

    You should be able to uninstall the toolbar from the Add-ons Manager, see the section about uninstalling extensions to the https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

    OK, I went to best buy for a simple upgrade and the completely * ed my laptop.
    When I approached them about this they said that it was normal procedure.
    They have everything reset.

    So I called Toshiba asking how to reset the Bios password and they said I had to go back to bestbuy and they could help me.
    So now I am back to bestbuy and explained in the simple upgrade they reset all my passwords and the scanner ingure won t read my finger to leave me in the stinking Windows and my password Bios changed also.

    They told me that I would have to pay to get this fix because I opted out of it the first time. chosen?
    My passwords should not have been affected.

    So now they want a 125 smackers to reset or turn it off.
    So I request someone knows in a way that they would reset it?
    They said they could do it, while I waited and got the school Tuesday morning.
    So I need to know how to bypass or reset it as soon as possible.

    Please any help would be appreciated!

    Your story is a bit confusing.

    But let's talk about facts;
    Firstly if you have set the BIOS password, you should be able to remove it in the BIOS if the BIOS password is known to you.

    If the BIOS password is not known to you, you will not be able to withdraw without further support from the authorized Toshiba maintainer. The BIOS password must be removed using a special procedure and tools and it can be done ONLY by an ASP.
    I think it should be clear now.

    So if you want to remove the BIOS password, and the password is not known to you, you need the ASP and you will be charged for this.

    Unfortunately, you will need the help of ASP.

    You can not. However, I'm not sure why you think it's a privacy or security threat. The only thing that can be accessed without unlocking the phone is the camera to take pictures. No one can access your data already on the phone.

  • How to remove a Mail plugin without having to open the mail

    I use a particular mail plugin that has been very helpful so far upward. However this plugin has just been updated so that the Mail does not open and I get the error message refers to a problem with the HockeySDK I see that has just installed this plugin. I am waiting to hear the developer about it, but in the meantime I can't use the Mail on my Mac. Because I can not open the Mail I can't delete the whole plugin in the normal way.     Thank you for using communities of support from Apple!  I see you are having some problems with third party plug-ins that you use with your Mail from Mac app.  I know how it is important to be able to use your communication by e-mail, I'd be happy to help you to get this working again!

    Because I don't know anything about this point the plug-in you use, it is difficult for me to tell you how to uninstall.  I had an idea to get your e-mail application to open, however!  First of all, make sure that you have completely left the Mail (no point below on the platform) app.  Then, hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and then as you are now, click on the Mail app icon to open it.  Now keep Shift during the charge of the Mail application.  The app needs to stay open for you, then you can remove your plug-in in the usual way you mentioned.
