How to replace a css to a Web page

Hello, I'm willing to change 1 single Web page on my site to use a new css (for testing). I had no problem to apply the new css to the page, but now how do I remove the old css?

Jenny

Il0 OK... it's in the template that I used for this page, so I had to change the model!

(I lock this discussion tomorrow if anyone has some insight on the subject).

    Hello

in my opinion, this technique is not designed for the two panels. To do this you must use the "Spry several sliding elements"-technique in which panels will be triggered by the individual buttons. "" Here is the link for it:

  • How can I remove the links on Web pages?

When I open a web page, there are several words on each page, which are integrated links. For example, I was reading an article and in the article, searching for the word was two times more than blue and underlined. When I drove my cursor over that Word, I received an advertisement and a link to search for work or searching for that Word. It happened when I updated to Firefox. He now has also run ads in the lower right corner and which are popping up in ads even when I blocked them. How can I disable these features?

In addition, if you installed the update from a download, can you check your download history of the source? It could be one of these unscrupulous Group sites that install something that grows more in addition to shit on your computer.

  • How is it possible to copy a Web page that doesn't let me highlight, i.e. use the features main c control?

How can I take a picture on a Web page that don't let me use the control C copy command? In other words, on this particular website, I try to highlight a passage I want to register and put in a document, but the highlighting will not work. I asked on this subject, and they simply said that they did not have this facility, but I think that the issue is to protect their copyrighted material. I know there is a way to take a picture of the page, and then I can use my photo editing software to crop and enlarge.

It is an online publication which, AFAIK, is not in a pdf format. Finally, I found that this really works on my laptop was to hold down the Fn (function) key and press control and print screen at the same time. Which records an image of the page in a temporary storage. I can then use Ctrl-V to paste a picture of the page into a word-processing document. Seems to work very well. And I can use scale font size on the bottom of my Microsoft Word page to enlarge for better readability.

  • How to disable the recovery of the Web page

Every time Firefox hangs and I try to reopen it, he always tries to retrieve the Web pages that I had opened. But this makes restart Firefox at least 4 x slower than usual and just wasting time for me. Can someone tell me please how to disable this feature so that whenever Firefox crashes I just start a new session instead?

"Restore a session after a crash."

If the content of this site has caused your crash (for example, a plugin crashes) restore your session can restore this page and cause Firefox to crash again. If Firefox crashes after choosing 'Restore Session', choose 'Start new Session.'

From Firefox 3.5, Firefox automatically restore your previous session after an accident (or close unexpectedly). If Firefox crashes a second time, an error page to "Restore Session" appears, asking whether to restore the last session or start a new session. If you don't want Firefox to restore automatically your session after a crash, set the preference browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes to 0 (default is 1). [2] [3] "

    Welcome to the support forum.

you download the html code with a standard http get operation. See the httpdemo for a good sample.

  • How to add external content to our Web page

    Hi all

I need to add a virtual reality panorama to my Web page. VR Pano that's HTML plus two records. Can I store on my ftp and share it, but how to integrate it to the Web page? I can't copy all of the html code, because there are two additional files. Any ideas?

In this case, you can simply download the two files on your site through FTP to the desired location and update the path in the Pano RV HTML code that you would be inserted into pages of Muse to the object-> the option Insert HTML code in order to call these scripts from their relative location.

You can also take a look at this thread where the user had a similar query.

  • How to establish the size of the web page?

I'm developing a simple web page that has about 10 pages on it. With the help of tables especially to organize. Problem... every page is a different length, with large areas of empty space at the bottom. The only control I can find established the size of the window, not the size of the page. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

The amount of empty space below the contents of your pages is controlled by
the size of the browser users, specifically to the height. You cannot simply
know what it's going to be.
However, you can do things to try to make when your content ends at glance
    similar between pages.

You can do such things that give your site a certain content area
background color and the body, another one, or a border at the bottom of
the content area... do anything to show where the ends of the content. Then, try to
Check this breakpoint to a similar position on each page. In this way, the end of
the content of the pages component will be better aligned as you move from one page to
    page.

One way to do is to use a column in your table with a menu and
images, for example. Any other content could be in the next column
    This.
If you do this sidebar as large as the largest content of any page, and
keep the same on all pages, the minimum height of the table will be
controlled by this column on each page.

No matter how you do it, it can be difficult. Don't forget that users can have
a size of different text in their browser than what you designed with. Content
text boxes can be taller on their screens. In addition, the larger text.
These content areas will be larger than the other pages with little text or
images, which do not change size. That's why I said the minimum height
your table can be controlled by this column.

Well, there are other ways to attack this problem.
If you could post a link, I'm sure you'll get some good ideas :-)

    Take care
    Tim

  • How to cure the indistinct text on Web pages corrected, only temporarily, highlighting with the mouse left button?

When visiting most of the Web pages in the text often lack of sharpness and has a background color 'lost '. This can be cured by highlighting the area you want with the left mouse button. Scroll to the 'corrected' section can cause to return to the original, unsatisfactory, appearance. This problem will not occur when you view the source even with IE.

Thanks for the tips - disabling the checkbox 'use the acceration hadware' seems to have solved the problem which did make an appearance after updating a driver.

  • How to set the text in larger web pages?

I use Firefox 13.0.1. The text on most websites is too small!

You can use an extension to set a page zoom and the size of the default font on the web pages.
