  You can not.

  You need to query DB.

  Record this value in UserData structure so it will be available in the model. http://andrejusb.blogspot.com/2012/05/solution-for-sharing-global-user-data.html

  Then use as default expression for your objects of entity attributes (something like: adf.userSession.userData.yourUserDataVar).

  I have a requrirement to pre-fill fields of the form (name, Email, phone etc) when a task is assigned to a user. Users are dynamically specified, so I use the user to find and services to assign tasks to locate and assign them to the user. Since I was a user variable that is the result of the operation of the user to find, I was hoping to get the user information with the attributes of the type of user.

  We use Forms 10 of IAS 10.1.2 (with plugin Sun Java) with old fashioned defined database users (IE select user of double shows the database user connected to the application Forms).
  
  Now, I want to get my hands on the user name of the operating system (in this case, the lan account) to the user from a form.
  
  If I try SYS_CONTEXT ('USERENV', 'OS_USER') I'll of course only 'oracle' since it's oracle who runs the container or the applet or whatever on the application server.
  
  When I look in the "User Sessions" tab in the Application server control I can see the database user and an IP address, but no osuser it no more.
  
  Is it not possible to do? I googled my fingers off...
  
  We have logging the osuser which goes back into the client-server version but now it shows just oracle for all users which is quite unnecessary to open a session.

• How can I set up a form for a person to fill in the name of another person?

  I'm implementing a form in which a person is asked to fill out the form to someone else. Basically, we ask people if they are still our first contact. If they are, it is a confirmation of the simple blind shape. If they don't, ask them to please tell us who. While it will take them to a form where they can tell us who is the new contact. However, I do not want cookies for the new person to be assigned to the person who filled out the form (like who would mess then with segmentation, scoring lead / feed, etc.). We must also see who is the person filling out the form, so that we know which replaces the new person. So, we will need to collect the address name or email of the person filling out the form, in addition to the name and address of the person that they add email.

  I know that this is possible, as in a previous company, we have a form that has been used internally to add those who have called for requests for, so that we could catch them as 'submit a request' as if they had just completed a form. For example, I would like to fill out the form after someone requesting product information, but the online behavior of this person would not be attributed to me even though I filled out the form on my computer. Unfortunately, I don't remember how this was put in place. Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be adjusted upward?

  To do this, the easiest method is to set up two forms:

  1. The first form is your primary contact, who will submit to the secondary email address and additional contact information for the secondary contact. You can also include a field (hidden or not) for the primary contact if you want to record the activity of presentation of this form, but functionally, it is not necessary.
  2. A second form that will accept e-mail address of the secondary contact and any other contact information you want to capture through this process.

  The thing is that, once you have these two forms saved, you add a form processing step to the first form called Post data to the server. In this step, you fill in the details for the second form, including making sure to map the secondary e-mail address field on the formula 1 to the e-mail address field main form 2. The URL must be the action url POST for the secondary form, you can get the details of integration. You also need to add your SiteID and the form name and also a variable to disable cookies for this presentation (elqCookieWrite). The final URL should be something like this:

  • My organization is 1886, you will need to replace it with the code of your Site
  • My name of the secondary form is Alt2, so you have to replace with your name of secondary form
  • elqCookieWrite = 0 provides the secondary form will not attempt to associate the session with the ElqGUID (cookie)

  In the secondary form, make sure you have updated contact - form dataprocessing step.

  Now when submit form 1, you will see a presentation to both forms, and contact information submitted to form 2 creates a new contact (or updates an existing one) with no link with the course/session cookie used to submit the form 1. You can add these contacts to a shared list, enter them in a separate campaign or program or something else, you could do a presentation of normal form.

  One caveat to remember is that as this person has not submitted the form, you have collected not technically no permission to contact them, you need to set some rules will apply in your area (your use case seems to be for existing customers which is usually OK, but you should still check).

• How to enter summary information in video files (.mp4, .avi)

  I use Win7 Media Center video to view my videos on my HTPC connected to my TV.  But how do I enter information Synopsis in my files so that this info appears during playback of videos from video library Media Center?  For most of the video files, the files are .mp4 and .avi.

  Is there a direct way to do it without using third-party tools, or sort each file into separate etc folders. The files are located in different places on my hard drive and sorted according to my convenience.  Thank you.

  In Windows Media Center theoptions are limited to add metadata synopsis in home videos, however, there are third-party applications available to do the job. You can search your favorite search engine and download third-party software to add metadata synopsis in videos.

  Note: The use of third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

• How to get hardware information to download the correct drivers?

  I just installed Win7 on a T61. Most of the equipment works with the generic Windows drivers. For the rest, the Lenovo system update tool was very useful. I can nothing but recommend.

  However, Windows Media Player will not play DVD and request to update the graphic card driver display analog copy protection. The graphics card has been identified by windows as standard VGA graphics card. In the "Downloads & drivers" section of your site web, several drivers for several graphic cards/chipsets are available for my family/model/Type of T61 (btw, none for Win 7 but I would like to try Win Vista instead, don't you think that these work too?). I realized to a chip NVidia or Intel PM965 according to the manual of Maintenance of equipment for T61 15.4 "screens, correct?

  But how can I get information on what graphics card or chipset running my video of the Thinkpad?

  Problem solved ;-)

  For anyone else with similar problems: simply enter the brand, family, Type, model information in the "Important information" section and you will be rewarded by a box titled original installation.

• Is it possible to send the response to the client with the SOAP header containing the user information in JAX - WS?

  I use JDev 11.1.1.7.0 and Weblogic 10.3.

  I have a JAX - WS based web service on which authentication and authorization was in place and operational.

  The SOAP request carries information of SOAP header with the token of user name and password for authentication. Similarly the SOAP response can also transport header to the client information? So that the customer who receives the answer happens to knowledge of who he actually received the answer.

  Is quite easy to define soap headers in a response message soap envelope. No need to use handlers either. Please find the link that would be useful below.

  You must use the WebParam property and set the modes for messages (IN, OUT, INOUT) and you can pass multiple values JAX WS service using "javax.xml.ws.Holder".
