  Make sure that the stop code you posted is correct - pay special attention to the difference between a zero and a capital letter O.  Note: A zero will have a dot in the Center.

  There is no command line to reset the SMC. It is not clear if you have a laptop or a desktop model. If this is a desktop computer, all you have to do is turn off the power and unplug the power cord for 15 seconds. If it's a laptop with a non-removable battery, I doubt that you can reset the SMC without help, because the combination of keys is expected to require two hands.
