How to restore a drop-down list menu workspace on the toolbar options from Photoshop CC?

After I had tried "IU 200% scale" and then returned to the standard user interface, the workspace drop-down list has disappeared from the options bar. How can I restore it? (I can always exchange via the options menu under the tab of the window, the workspaces).

Reset preferences:

Hold down the CTRL - Shift - Alt from the cold Photoshop start.  If you get the keys to the low enough - quickly and you have to be VERY fast - it prompts you to confirm the removal of your established preferences, which will lead to them all being the default value.

  • Drop-down list menu pasted on the screen - Windows 7

    Hello

    Few other coworkers recently experienced an annoying glitch in Windows 7: having access to drop down / context menus and when they chose something (say: do right click on desktop--> customize, for example) and select 'Customize' "stuck" to the screen in the exact same place it has been clicked. Now, out of nowhere, my PC (Windows 7) started having the same problem. All of our PC, some to work and my own at home, are machines performing with more than enough RAM (16 GB, Intel Core i7-2600 processor 3.40 GHz) and good GPU (mine is Geforce GTX 580 1536 MB of memory GDDR5, others may be a little older but still good for today, for game purposes).

    After searching for information for a bit, I realized that it is a problem more common that I first thought, some forum discussions go until 2008 (Windows XP SP2 and SP3). Now, I also found a few solutions more or less work, a more or less temporary nature. It comes to change the resolution of the screen and then return to the original, flipping the screen upside down and some a bit more advanced:
    "Start - run -"tskill dwm"or kill DWM. EXE from the Task Manager, it restarts instantly with gone menu items. "(as written on a forum thread)

    Now, some people find help in one or two of these solutions, some are may not be not as lucky. For me, thread of TheDr1ver.comgave the 'response '. You go to computer (right click)--> Properties--> Advanced--> settings system settings... (running)--> uncheck "Fade out menu after clicking items on"--> OK. What this does, I think, is to reduce the "eye-candy" on the transitions of the elements on the screen or something like that. He helped my case but we're also the right click menus drop-down weird in a way that if I come up with the right button and does not move the pointer of the mouse, the menu appears as a transparent and only after I move the mouse pointer, it will become fully visible. At the moment I'm OK with that. This is better than having a drop of 'Properties' to the bottom of the element stuck on my screen.

    However, what intrigues me is that this problem has persisted for many years. And there was a lot of discussion on this topic. My question is: why Microsoft did not something to solve this problem? I can't live without the eye-candy on my OS I appreciate performance over Visual tricks, but I don't have to change the settings for a lesser visually 'version' when my PC has the muscle to run it with all the eye-candy. As much as it came out of the Blue: the only thing I changed in my PC in recent weeks has been the new drivers for Geforce. And even after installing new drivers weren't graphics bugs in Windows. This glitch "menu drop-down stuck" happened without warning of any kind. The same thing happened to my co-workers. One day, you start your computer and what is happening.

    I'm going to say here that answers such as "turn off Aero", 'disable all Visual effects' do not apply because they weren't a problem a few days that they were not a question every day since I bought this computer. We (and I mean many people with this parasite, annoying their death) need a good answer, a patch, something that will deal with the issue once and for all.

    My rig:
    Processor Intel Core i7-2600 3.40 GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
    16 GB of RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580, (1536 MB) GDDR5
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

    PS Sorry if my post sounds hard towards the end, but this problem has been so persistent over the years to an official solution that does not require the Central PCs disable Visual features of the OS just to operate normally. Especially since the problem occurs randomly.

    I was having the same problem recently and wonder if it's something with the GeForce drivers.

    Someone having this problem (not nvidia) have another video card?

    I just tried reinstalling my drivers to see if that fixes anything.

    Edit: reinstalling the driver solves the problem.

    The fix that worked for me:

    Control Panel, system, advanced system settings.

    Advanced tab, click settings in terms of Performance.

    Uncheck the disappearing menu items after clicking on.

    Restart the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service updates the desktop computer to remove all existing ghosts too.

  • I'm not finding a choice selection of development under my Select drop-down list.  I use the latest version of Photoshop CC

    I'm looking in the wrong place for the new development tool in the latest version?  I'm looking under Select but don't see no choice.

    Thank you, Bob

    As I suspected, you run the old software.

    32 or 64-bit isn't the issue here.

    Adobe has released Photoshop CC version (2014) as a completely separate release, which installed in a completely different place that the CC Photoshop 14.x you are running.

    You must find that place and update the process that you use to start the application to launch the new version.

  • Hi, PDF form of the guru. How to make a text box become a required field IF a drop-down list is selected as the "Yes"?

    Hi, PDF form of the guru.

    How to make a text box becomes a "required field", IF a drop-down list is selected as the "Yes"?

    and 'not required' if the drop down menu selected as 'No' or left blank.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    see you soon

    Use this code in the custom drop-down list field validation script:

    this.getField("Text1").required = (event.value == "Yes");

    (Change "Text1" to the actual name of your text field, of course)

  • How to add a drop-down list to a rollover image?

    Hello

    I guess my title says it all... I was wondering how to add a drop-down list to a rollover image? I know that there is the sprymenu, but I need to have my own flight path images.

    Thank you

    Frankly, ANY link can offer a drop down.

    Take a look at This turorial.

    That you will get your menu drop-down. Therefore, only.

    Now, on your top menu (or any level where you want to have an image instead of text to do this):

    (I copy the HTML structure in the tutorial here):

    Now, suppose you want an image instead of the word 'works '. You'll want the image to be sized correctly, and if you look at the CSS, you will see that it is 112 pixels wide by 52 high. If your image is about of these dimensions, you're all set.

    So instead of 'items', you insert your picture.

    Fact.

  • How to add a drop-down list interactive

    I want a drop-down list that will add a set of fields based on the choice of the list.

    In this case, we want users to perform their function and inspiring than selected title we need to fill specific license information. I have not found a javascript (or I don't have the skills) to get there. Forms, I've done in the past which would just hide the unnecessary fields, but is there a way to actually have the fields become active, or appear depending on the choices in the list?

    Yes, it is possible. The general code would be something like this (as a custom drop-down list field validation script):

    var field1 = this.getField("FieldName1");
    var field2 = this.getField("FieldName2");
    var field3 = this.getField("FieldName3");

    if (event.value=="Value1") { // Show field1, hide the rest
         field1.display = display.visible;
         field2.display = display.hidden;
         field3.display = display.hidden;
    } else if (event.value=="Value2") { // Show field1 and field2, hide the rest
         field1.display = display.visible;
         field2.display = display.visible;
         field3.display = display.hidden;
    } else if (event.value=="Value3") { // Show all fields
         field1.display = display.visible;
         field2.display = display.visible;
         field3.display = display.visible;
    } else { // hide all fields
         field1.display = display.hidden;
         field2.display = display.hidden;
         field3.display = display.hidden;
    }

    PS. Be sure to check the option to validate the selected value of the field drop-down immediately (under properties of the field - Options).

  • How to define the format of a field drop-down list text align at the top of the field instead of the Center?

    I have a form with the fields of data entry simple Acrobat 11. I have, for the first time inserted drop-down lists and most of them is single-line fields. However, there are a few examples where my field must be larger to mask unwanted background. (The field will define the colur to white background are data entry, but I did not write the script for this.) When a selection is made, it appears centered in the field and I need to be aligned to the top.

    I guess I can put a script on the Format tab, in the custom format script, but I don't know enough about Javascript to run on the syntax. I guess it would be a simple line or two of code. Can anyone help?

    You have no control over this. They are always vertically centered. You can use a separate field in the drop down menu, however, and control its background. I suggest to use a read-only button.

  • How to produce a drop-down list simple code description for the OPS?

    I'm sorry this is a basic question, but I tried for days, and I see nowhere else to find an answer.

    I need a simple drop-down list, not a search. Here is the list account 10 or if items. It is based on a view that contains a code value, and a description. I want that all the descriptions to be available at all times. Just click on the arrow, and the entire list is displayed. When the user selects an entry, the code associated with the discription fills a related attribute.

    Can someone please tell me how I can produce such a simple thing, or point me to the documentation?

    Thank you.

  • How to clear a drop-down list box

    OK, been awhile, here goes:

    I have a combobox non-Edition and 3 radio buttons.

    When I select a radio button, I have reset the items in the list and run:
        category.getSelectionModel().clearSelection();
         category.setValue(null);
    The intent is a new list, nothing pre-selected and invited him to display in the text box (?). And it seems to work at first.

    However, when I select the original square, the first list is restored, and the drop-down list box shows my original selection!

    I would like that the prompt as in other radio buttons. I can not even find where the initially select value is stored! It SEEMS that the selection is cleared, as the value, it's the control renderer displays always a selection, even if the previous list, he showed the guest
         templateToggle.selectedToggleProperty().addListener(new ChangeListener<Toggle>() {

    This looks like a bug: you must file a JIRA for her.

    As you said, the State seems to be correctly updated: getSelectionModel () .getSelectedIndex () and getSelectionModel.getSelectedItem () return the correct value.

    The only solution I can find is to define an explicit Circus on the drop-down list box and call setText (null) on the circus to clear the displayed selection:

    import java.util.Map;

    import javafx.application.Application;

    import javafx.scene.Scene;
    import javafx.scene.control.ComboBox;
    import javafx.scene.control.ListCell;
    import javafx.scene.control.RadioButton;
    import javafx.scene.control.Toggle;
    import javafx.scene.control.ToggleGroup;
    import javafx.scene.layout.HBox;
    import javafx.scene.layout.VBox;
    import javafx.stage.Stage;

  • Drop-down list menu nav disappears when scrolling

    Hi guys,.

    I'm pretty new to CC (my last version was MX), and like I've lost a lot of time on joomla, due back to Dreamweaver and uses a model (bought) to kickstart things, which seems to me now that estates the hang of... except for a problem I have encountered with the navigation menu dropdown horizontal.  The (temporary) link provided below - each time I fly over the 'Sports' menu, the menu drop-down appears with the selection of different sports, in below (archery, baseball, basketball etc) - but as soon as I start to move my cursor to the bottom of this list, the drop-down list together disappears completely - perform some of the selections is inaccessible.  It doesn't happen so much with the Self Help menu, which has a much shorter drop-down list selection.   I'm not sure what I can do to control it... any thoughts would be much appreciated!  http://www.mindtraining.net/dreamweaver/index5.html

    Thank you, Craig T

    I don't think that your problem is as much a thing of z-index because it's a thing of positioning.  Your subnav is too far from the parent link.  Try this:

    #nav .subNav {}

    position: absolute;

    left:-9999px; / * This erases the subnavs off the page * /.

    top: 4px;

    }

    Thank you for your help.

    Yes it's the same idea basically. But you just need to decide where the event (enter in / out of ground), then use the same code where you can as many conditions as you want. For example,.

    If (field1.isNull & dropdown1.isNull)

    {

    ...

    }

    and so on.
