Open a video in VLC Media Player and break it... then go to...
Tools / effects and filters / video effects tab / geometry tab.
Select the check box turn / slide the circle / close / play.

(2) if the video is compatible with Movie Maker it
has a 90 ° rotation effect. Once you have the file turned...
Save it as a movie in .wmv format.

(3) Freemake Video Converter can turn a video clip
Then you can record the clip in the same format or convert
it to a different format. :

    The solution is change option East Asia and rearmament of the preferences, but mine is still typing horizontally at a 90 degree angle. Anyone know of any other way?

    Have you tried to reset the text tool and reset the characters available in ground #1.

    Please make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the CD player, and then uncheck the box open tools for each Document in the Document preferences. That should do the trick!

    Windows Media Player cannot shoot a video...

    If your video is compatible with Windows Movie Maker...
    Open the video clip in Windows Movie Maker, drag it to the
    Timeline... and go to the... Video effects / rotate.

    Drag the correct effect (rotation 90) and drop it on the timeline.

    Once the file is gone... you will need to save it under a different name...
