  I assume that you have created a mailing list which is a sub group/list from the address book.

  In address book
  Select the mailing list
  Tools > export

  Choose a location to save the file
  Give an appropriate file name
  Save as file type: a .csv comma-delimited
  Click Save

  Now, you can send this file as an attachment to his colleagues.
  .csv files can be imported into any email client.

  Once you have opened entry window, press F9 to open the side panel of Contact. Select your contacts from there.

  Oh, the aims of 17 seconds here are exactly what the server needs in order not not to jam and treat all DB! On the mail, if you marked it really well, there was no way to get spamed, done for awhile and it works, of course, it helps a valid e-mail on your CFM Server! =)

  To attach files to your email, simply click on the play icon attached once you have the message at the top (the icon is generally that of a paper clip).
  This will open a window that allows you to browse (look around) for the file that you want to send.
  Find this location of file on your computer and click it to add it to the window and select OK.
  Depending on the size of the file, it loads a few seconds and then you will see the file attached to your email.
  Finish the email as usual and send.

Now I'm sent to a something together for 'pop3' and I end up a dial-up system which cannot opperate because I'm not on the dial upward.

  Create a new e-mail message and try to attach all the pictures in this way.  When you do this, what email program are you using?  This will help solve the problem if we know what e-mail program is used.  If you are using OE, then check out www.oehelp.com/oedef.aspx

  When I click on a folder, it shows all the contacts in the folder, but I can't see any display of the total number of contacts - if I want to know I have to laboriously count everyone!

  Here, if I select a local internal address book example of the PAB, it tells me in the status bar how many Contacts it contains.

  Maybe your status bar is disabled?

  In the address book, alt + v, view, toolbars, select Status bar.
