How to set the default value of the attribute with a sequence number? Is it possible to add a string to seq.no. like abc0001?

Mr President.

How to set the default value of the attribute with a sequence number? Is it possible to add a string to seq.no. like abc0001?

Concerning

For the date, you can use groovy expression adf.currentDate to set the current date. reference http://adfgouravtkiet.blogspot.in/2012/11/how-to-set-default-values-for-entity.html

You already have ways to use the sequence.

How do you add a new value in the form. You're creating a new line of your page (user interface) and by engaging with validation operation? Unless you commit you will not be able to see anything in the table.

Thank you

    I use Jdev 12.1.2. I have a project requirement where I have to set a default value for an attribute. • How to set a default value in the Import Wizard delimited for the date?

    Hello community,

    I am currently trying to import some files delimited in a SQL table via the Import Wizard (right-click on a Table "import data... ") with delimited as input (.dsv) files.

    In step 4 of the wizard, I put the columns in the Source files for the target of the columns of the Table.

    Now, this is where my problem. Whenever a target column has the format "date", I define the mask of translation you want for each column.

    I would like to define a mask by default so that the same format is always used.

    User interface, it looks like this field also exists:

    field_greyed_out.png

    However I can't put it in the wizard itself, and I'm not able to find the option in the preferences.

    I tried the following preferences (Oracle SQL Developer 4.0.2):

    Preferences-> database->-> all NLS date 3 preferences set to "HH24:MI:SS DD. MM YYYY ".

    Preferences-> Migration-> translators-> Format of Date Source default value "HH24:MI:SS DD. MM YYYY ".

    Preference-> Migration-> data move Options->

    DataMove.PNG

    But still, I have to type it every time.

    Can someone explain how to set the default value?

    You can not.

    But.

    In the next major release, we seek to:

    • selection of a menu selector common date formats drop-down
    • Save your import settings session and their reloading for later import

    I think you have a good idea, maybe it defaults to MRU. When we start the process of the Beta/early adopter, be sure to check and let us know what you think. For the moment, and what I'm doing, I copy the date format string and paste them in such as required. I'm not a super big fan of having default values in 'automatically' added because it can lead to mistakes, and in this case, data corruption issues.

  • How to set the attribute in the request of adf defalut search form

    I use the default search engine in Jdeveloper 11.1.2.3 with Table query.

    I followed this blog to replace the query by default: https://blogs.oracle.com/jdevotnharvest/entry/how-to_tell_the_viewcriteria_a_user_chose_in_an_afquery_component

    Question is how to set the value of an attribute in the request. The user will add what ever he wants those who are caught queryEvent I want to add to the value of an attribute that is not displayed to the user and the search engine and it is necessary for the application to run correctly.

    Hello

    If you went on the blog that I posted, you could get the ViewCriteriaRow of the queryEvent and then you can add the attribute that you want to the ViewCriteriaRow, and then run the query accordingly.

  • Set a default value for an attribute in modules - OPM

    Hello

    I'm trying to set a default value for a numeric attribute 0. I tried a few things but did not work.
    I was trying to default custom function that defines the default value of "0".
    I'm new to OPA, and I know not java.
    This is the java program that I intend to deploy as jar.but unfortunately it does not work.

    import com.oracle.determinations.engine.CustomFunction;
    import com.oracle.determinations.engine.EntityInstance;
    import java.util.Random;

    SerializableAttribute public class DefaultFunction extends CustomFunction
    {
    public Object evaluate (EntityInstance entityInstance, Object [] objects)
    {
    If (items [0] is nothing)
    {

    {
    If (items [0] is nothing)
    {
    Returns false;
    }
    }

    }
    Is there any reference material where it has all the functions or the sample programs.

    Have you seen the article using developer?
    http://docs.Oracle.com/HTML/E29403_01/content/tutorials%20and%20Samples/Eg_Create_CF_to_Default_a_Value.htm
    This shows you how to use a custom default attribute (number) function. Maybe it's not 100% what you're after, but it might help.

  • How to set a default value for the bar to EXPLORE in Office XP Explorer?

    When I explore my PC Explorer bar to the default left hand blue component with what is called frequent tasks. I ALWAYS click on the folder icon (or view > bar explore > files).

    I would like to open like that by default - is a registry setting or remove this?

    Thank you
    Neal

    1st post!

    Hey Neal.uj,

    Welcome to the forum!

    You can set the default action on a folder to explore instead of to achieve this effect. To do this:

    ·         Click Start

    ·         Click on Control Panel

    ·         Open Folder Options

    ·         Click the File Types tab

    ·         Click the folder

    ·         Click on Advanced

    ·         Click on Explorer

    ·         Click set as default

    ·         Click OK

    ·         Repeat the same process for file

    ·         When you're done, click close

    Hope that helps, I look forward to hearing from you.

  • How to set the alias with Essbase Studio?

    I read through P113-P118 "Oracle Essbase Studio user's Guide" on how to implement aliases. It seems easy t create the Alias defined according to the document.
    I want to put 100-10 aliases as "Cola", the information comes from the RDBMS to confirm. The product in RLDB a field SKU and SKU_Alias columns table, the Reference value is: 100-10 100 - 20, etc.
    My link is:
    Source: SKU
    link: TBC::TBC. Product.SKU_ALIAS
    It's using the grammar to page 115
    connection:
    ------' < logical_source_name': ' < physical_data_source_name >. < physical_tabl
    e_name > '. ' < physical_column_name > '

    But after that I deployed the cube, I do not see the product as expected from EAS alias name? I tried 100 times, but can't find what's wrong with me. Please advise, thank you!
    My question: how to put the elements in place or associate the alias set produces Essbase Studio so that I see of EAS? Thank you! Bob

    Published by: user2571802 on January 10, 2010 21:38

    First of all, it can be useful convert IST TBC in the Studio model, for this you will need to configure EIS and create the example application to confirm.
    Once it has been created in Studio, you can go to tools > migration catalogue IST and migrate the TBC of IST at the Studio application.
    If you use this method, all the aliases etc will be already set up to see how it's done.

    To set up the alias, you would go to
    Tools > "Alias set Manager" > create a new alias say "Default" and add a link, for example PRODUCTDIM. SKU to PRODUCTDIM. SKUALIAS

    Then on your right click "Properties Essbase" model > Alias tab > select the default alias table and move the window selected tables.
    This should then assigned the default table, if you check the properties to say PRODUCTDIM. SKU in the default alias tab and the mapping must be indicated.

  • OAM11g - how to set the policy with the request for protected by URL

    I am trying to perform a configuration of the strategy to protect the following URL on OAM 11 g (11.1.1.5). (The Webgate is 10g, such that it runs on Apache)

    https://online.myCustomer.co.UK/dispatch/Portal/AppManager/myCustomer/WRP?_nfpb=true & _pageLabel = Page_AccReg_LoginService & pageid = MV_0000

    Given that the '? ' will not be allowed, can anyone suggest how I could build a resource definition to use in the policy?

    Following the guidance in Chapter 9 of the guide admin OAM (11.1.x) I thought that...

    /Dispatch/.../*PageID=MV_0000 in the resource URL field might do the trick.

    But I do not receive "format of the URL of the resource is not valid. I tried a number of other combinations - less - and were not surprised to see that they are not acceptable either.

    Anyone got any better suggestions?

    And having an old webgate out would cause problems I should know about?

    See you soon

    Jon.

    Jon,

    11.1.1.5, you can write policy based on query parameters.

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E21764_01/doc.1111/e15478/app_domn.htm#AIAAG541

    When you set the OAM resource in your case, set the query string parameter:

    * pageID = MV_0000

    The 'hook' or '?' should appear in the resource when defined in the authentication as policy:

    HostID:/dispatch/.../*?**pageID=MV_0000

    You should be able to set your granularity of policy on query string values.

  • How to set a default value for a page element

    I work with an array of facilities that has the name and the address. The user can add information to the contact person on a separate page. Because the address of the establishment and his contact is generally the same, I want to add a default value to the contact address. The installation page is on 201 and the link to add a new line of contact is on page 202. I showed in the default value: P201_street to the address of the contact. But, when I run the page, contact the address field shows the: P201_street, not the address of the actual plant. Do I leave? Must be something obvious?
    Thank you very much.
    Judy

    Hello

    Use: P202_STREET1 for PL/SQL expression, or just P202_STREET1 if you use the value of the item condition.

  • How to set the resolution of a sequence in first?

    I built a sequence that looked like, it was full frame (at least in width) in the window of the program, but when I export to Youtube to 720HD, its got a large black border on all sides. This particular sequence contains a lot of still images, with splashes of color used to show the video in a part of the image. I don't mind a small black border at the top and bottom, but there must be a way to export it where he resumed all of the horizontal resolution.

    Ideally, I start the project to a friendly resolution of YouTube and conform to the media by the scale, so that I may fill the screen. What tools am I missing here?

    In general, the CC of PrPro versions, we choose the main type of media for rates/image size that will be in the removal project just a clip from that on the blank/empty box sequence. PrPro then sets the parameters of the sequence according to this clip. If your export to YouTube in a format 720HD is your main concern, you can click on the "new item" icon at the bottom right of the project Panel and choose 'new sequence' and set it to a 1280 x 720 at the frame rate used by key video clips that you use.

    Then, when you add media to other sizes, you can select 'set to size of the image' or balance-for or whether you need to apply in an optimal way.

  • How to set the time with ntp

    Hello

    Oracle Database 10 g Express Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - product

    I have a question about NTP. I recently discovered that I forgot to install and configure ntp on my server. The time is now 15 minutes before.

    What would be the best way to fix this without closing the database? (if possible)

    The only thing I could think off closure of the database and ntpdate < time_server_ip >.

    Thanks for your time,

    Kind regards...

    Oracle does not really. Allows you to adjust manually the time with ntp is no different to the database of the BONE by automatically adjusting the change to and from DST. Oracle following its transactions by RCS, no time.

  • How to set a default value for analysis the length of the page for the HP Photosmart C8180?

    When I scan documents using the HP Solution Center software on my printer HP Photosmart C8180, the default page length always 12 inches.  While I can't change 11 inches on each scanned page, it's a big pain when scanning multi-page documents.  Is there a direct solution or work around it?  Thank you.

    When you scan a document for example, solutions Center, one of the screens that should appear, will have (depending on the exact version of Windows for wordage) a button for Advanced Document settings. There should be an option to tick to automatically crop to the document. That could clear up the white border at the bottom without having to do it manually.

    When you scan an image (or document) to file, usually the default settings save who to the original size.

    As side note, usually printers has a document feeder, will automatically manage the images/documents in the way you want, without changing the settings by default simply had to be fed physically in front of a window scan.

    In my case, I want to set some attributes in a M:M relationship between two tables (for example: start_date and end_date) and then these attributes of the relationship which will be included in the relational model in the form of columns of the table created for solve relations M:M.

    Hello

    There is no support for attributes in relationship. You should go directly with the entity of the intersection.
