How to sort the members of the dimensions in planning by ODI

Hi all

I need a suggestion for this problem

I m building dimension in planning using the ODI Conector and I need to sort members in the dimension, I set the property 'LOAD_ORDER_BY_INPUT' in the tab 'flow', but does not work, anyone have an idea to solve this problem

I use EMP 11.1.2

Thanks in advance
Cristian

LOAD_ORDER_BY_INPUT takes as input, you are sure that the members are in the correct order when it passed through the transit area.
In any case I usually customize the IKM to use an "ORDER BY" on the SQL statement.

If you have a look at this post:-http://john-goodwin.blogspot.com/2010/07/planning-1112-additional-odi.html
And search for the position of "* what we need to do is to order the files loading."
He will explain how to go about the personalization of the IKM

See you soon

  • How you sort the list of the next iOS 10?

    I can't know how to sort the list by following in-app music on my iPhone 6 s.  In iOS 9, he had a handle on the right side next to the title of the song that you can tap and drag up/down to change the order of the playlist.  The handle does not appear in the App on iOS 10 music.

    So I guess you can't have activated repeat function.  Once it is off, the handles appear and you can sort your list of songs until the next.

    Hello

    First it does not matter if EPMA is running, what you've probably heard is that ODI interacts only with planning applications classic and not EPMA.

    You put the Journal Journal and error in the interface of the IKM options, set up and you should get logs to point to the reason why the files are getting rejected.

  • How to clear the Dimension and security at the level of the members which is already applied?

    Hello

    Below the question about safety in the 11.1.2.0 version.

    I wanted to know if there was a way to clear the dimension and Member specific security level that has been applied to a specific user or a group by using a SecFile.
    Is there a command that we could use to erase this title in particular and not security on the whole?
    Also, is there a way to clean up the security directly from shared Services?
    I know that SL_CLEARALL clears all the security.

    Please let me know your opinion on this.

    Change the secfile to include only the users/groups that you want to delete, and use the SL_CLEARALL safety switch.

    You can sort not somehow: they appear in the order they are added to the shared album

  • PDF Edition: How to keep the dimensions of the page

    Hello

    I have Photoshop CS6.

    I have a pdf file created elsewhere that are labels to print on labels which is 3 columns of labels.

    I want to edit in Photoshop because my label stock starting to label #4 (I already used the first 3), so I'm going to empty on the first three labels.

    So my pdf has my text in the upper left corner of an 8.5 x 11 pages.

    But when I open the pdf file in Photoshop, the entire document is text.

    How can I open the PDF in Photoshop and all retaining the white space, it contains the origin, so that the text is in the upper left corner and not all the document?

    Thank you.

    I finally found the answer in another forum. On the import PDF page, modify Crop to: media box. The default value is the topping, but Media Box will keep the dimensions of the original pdf file.

  • How to get the dimensions of pageItems?

    Hi all

    I want to get the dimensions of all the parts WRT a page. So far, I am able to get the exact dimensions of the graphics framework.

    But in the case of a block of text, Im getting different values than expected.

    I'm after that...

    IGeometry create 1) in the following sequence...

    pageItemRef-> IGraphicFrameData->-> IGeometry IHierarchy

    (2) PMRect xyz =IGeometry-> GetPathBoundingBox (transformationMatrix);

    where transformationMatrix is obtained according to page.

    IM from the transformationMatrix of even for two cases that is the graphic and the text block. But it gives me wrong output in case of text block.

    ex,

    My graphics framework are co - ord.

    "LeftBottom': '(150.5,259)."

    "RT": "(340 259)."

    "RightTop': '(340,147.5)."

    "TopLeft": "(150.5,147.5)"... which are correct WRT

    While it shows textframe co - ord as -

    "LeftBottom": "(-152.25,469.5)", "

    "RT": "(152.25,469.5)."

    "RightTop': '(152.25,322.5)."

    "TopLeft": "(-152.25,322.5)" "

    How can I get right coordinates? Please suggest me something...

    I found the solution to my problem...

    So, in the case of the text block, I've created interfaces in order...

    IMultiColumnTextFrame---> IFrameList---> ITextFrameColumn---> IGeometry

    Can use this IGeometry to find the dimensions of the framework text.

  • How to get the dimensions of the area within the window of the scene?

    Hello

    I am able to get the size of a window using stage.getWidth () and stage.getHeight (), which gives the dimensions of the window, including the border. But how the size of the dimensions within the window, which is the area inside the border of the window?

    I had created a way to understand this by calculating the difference between the sides of my initial scene and my step. I called this window filling, which is essentially the thickness of the border on the sides and up and down.

    This method of calculation for available surface area in a window is not reliable when a window is maximized, because the thickness of the border of the window shrinks when enlarged. And if your stage size is larger than your scene, then you will get a wrong value.

    There must be a way to get this area. I need it to do correctly scaling.

    Thank you
    Jose

    Published by: jmart on 22 August 2012 23:58

    I did it by adding a 'master' component to the stage

    mainScene = new scene (masterPane, 430, 430);

    The master component is just a container that contains all the content but will resize the window resize event and therefore will always have the right width and height.

    masterPane = new Pane();
    masterPane.getChildren () .add (root);

    Due to that you can resize your content based on

    Double screenWidth = masterPane.getWidth ();
    Double screenHeight = masterPane.getHeight ();

    Here is an example. You can zoom (scrollwheel), pan (click and drag) and Center + scale on the screen (middle button) (only if the content is a square, there is a bug if the content is greater than the width, which I had no time to eliminate now but you get the point)

  • How to sort the column total in pivot view

    Hello guys

    I have a report in pivot mode, where I put the call on the section of the column type. So the report looks to below with the AMOUNT applied to the section of the column:
                                       Call Type1         Call Type2       Call Type3               TOTAL
    ID                                        SALES TOTAL

    A                                  100                  200                300                       500
    B                                  200                  200                400                       800
    C
    D
    E
    My question, how can I sort the data in the field "TOTAL"? The challenge, seems, is that, since 'TOTAL' is not a column of the table, but just a screen of pivot Sum, it cannot be sorted H - L or L.-H...

    But I would like to get some advice from you guys before you do my conclusion

    Thank you

    You can't have sorting on the PivotTable total.

    On a workaround solution.
    You can create a column in the criteria that calculate the sum

    SUM (sales_total by ID)

    Assign the sorting on this column order
    You can exclude this column in the PivotTable

  • How to sort the data in the chart

    Hi, the data feeds that I show on my chart are a kind of account for each of their life cycle. For example, we have 20 in lifecycle = Production, 15 to life = pre direct cycle, 15 = testing life cycle, so on. I want to be able to sort the data by the nature of the life cycel, so in this case, the test-> advance live-> production rather than alphabetically. How to do this?

    Put a 2nd column in your report by using the field of life cycle and then write a CASE statement WHEN:

    CASE {cycle} during the 'Test' THEN 1
    WHEN 'pre Live' THEN 2
    and so on...
    ELSE 0 END

    Hide this column and use it as the sort order.

    see you soon
    Alex
