  I can't get the new Ubuntu Unity 11 work in VMWare Workstation interface.  Any help would be appreciated.

  I'm running the virtual machine with 2 GB of RAM, 2 processors and 3D graphic acceleration.  I think that it is a more powerful configuration than an old laptop on which I easily got the work unit.

  It still works, whenever Ubuntu starts, Gnome rather than unity.  This happens even if I have, that he set up on the logon screen to run Ubuntu (which is Unity) instead of Gnome.

  It's hard to find since VMWare also uses the term of the unit. Please be clear that I am wondering about the new Unity of Ubuntu 11 interface, NOT interface of the VMWare unit.

  VMware does not support what is needed to make it work in 3D and the only choice I've seen is to use unity 2D

  Hi all

  for all people having the same problem - * Support Button Toshiba do not work after the installation of VMware Workstation.*

  Short solution:
  After the installation of vmware workstation 6.x or 7 - the default setting is "Disable Autorun on the host". (you can find it in: Edit-> preferences-> devices). Release the hook and restart. After the reboot, the buttons should be working.

  The long version:
  Support Button Toshiba uses the Windows function "MobilePC" - > "Hotstart". HotStart only works when the autostart feature is not disabled (the value of registry key: + HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Po licies\Explorer\NoDriveTypeAutoRun + has the value 0xFF). VMware is the default to disable Autorun of CD/DVD. Turn on the autorun, restart the Qosmio and Hotstart (and also Toshiba button support) works very well. That's the problem.

  This is a very serious flaw of VMWare Workstation. How should I report this?

  I'm not a regular user of Windows. so, it's memory... Try to go to control panel and find Services.  The list of services should include the service Server of VMware Workstation .  Check that the service is not configured to be disabled... IIRC, it will have to be set to start automatically.

  Thise drop what you are talking is a set of newspapers and ESXHost configuration files (e.g. unpacking, / var/log/vmkernel etc..) All files have been added to archive tgz. You can extract (sweet 7zip) Windows or Linux (gzip and tar command line tools) I have now if it a tools that will help you analyze these files.

  The only way I know to start the tuning system is fist check performace statistics by each ESXHost (CPU, RAM, i/o per each LUN) for example. for the last days of servén. check when you have peaks on graphs, then go in newspapers of that period of time and start analysing what is.

  BTW. You have problems with your servers?

  I am able to provide you with more information about your printer model 8600 and its ink delivery system.

  Only some models of HP printers supports a substitution.

  If supported by your printer, when you print, you should be prompted to press OK on the printer to continue.

  If you do not get the prompt to click OK, your printer will deal with the similarly outdated cartridge as it does a cartridge missing or empty. It is designed to protect the entire printhead inside the unit.

  Also, make sure that your work is good looking for work.  They will not offer a show, whatever rating you - if your work is ugly.

  Not sure that what makes good research work - go to the iTunes front page and watch the other N & N podcasts.  The first Page of iTunes for N & N are picked by Apple everything by hand.
