  You can install your app cc and programs on an unlimited number of computers.

  the only (minor) limitation is that you can only sign-in (and therefore start) programs cc on, more than two computers at the same time, but that is not really a restriction because you can logout of the computers and computer b with c, so you don't have even remember to disconnect to connect on a 3rd.

  You can install it on as many machines as you want.  All of these machines, you can have two of them signed at the same time.  If you try to connect to another, you will receive a notification that you have already two active so that you can disconnect one of the others.

  Items are not part of creative cloud subscription, this is why it is not possible to download or activate items compared to the creative clouds. If you want to access, you may need to purchase the license separately.
