In some cases, I want to show the bright yellow tooltips that appear when you fly over a tool. But as soon as I press the keys to take the screenshot, the ToolTip disappears. I have tried with little snapper and the capture function screen integrated in Mac OS, but of course, as soon as I move the mouse or press a key, the ToolTip disappears.

  I use CS3 and I'm getting the same problem you have.

  BUT, if you press and hold down the shift + Apple key before placing the cursor on top of the tool, you will get the "Tip" tool without disappearing. Now just press the 3 button to take the picture.

  Hey Kolby,

  I can confirm that the key combination is turn down the Volume + power using the buttons on the side of the slate 21.  You must make sure that you press exactly at the same time and hold them for about a second, as described by others in this thread.
