  They are not deleted.  While in the Inbox: see tab | Message Filter button. Check to show all Messages, not Hide the Read Messages.

  I have Hotmail and I was able to retrieve the deleted message. At the bottom of one of the screens Hotmail (it may have been the spam screen), there is a note saying 'click here' (or something like that) to get to the top of your deleted messages recently. Although even I had emptied all deleted/junk messages, MSN could display all or most of the messages because they did not have them banned in the cemetery of e-mail yet.   Here are two things to try:
   
  The file is saved in the Temporary Internet Files folder. To locate the path, open the attachment to new then, and now Alt, press F, and to open the Save as window. In the save window slot, right-click on another file in the list, and then click Properties. On the general tab, copy the full path to the location. Then, open a Windows Explorer window and paste the path copied into the address field. This is where the edited file was saved.
   
  Since Christmas

  Copy this line:

  Search-MS:DisplayName=temp%20Files&crumb=ext%3AZZZ*&crumb=location:shell:cache%5CContent.IE5

  Now press Windows-E, Ctrl-Alt-D-V

  ZZZ change to the extension of the file you edited, and then press enter.

  This should show all the recently saved files in temporary Internet files with this extension. Good luck!

  PS Si the file is, please copy in your documents folder before anything else. Open the copy to work.

  No, if you do not use FormsCentral its disappearance will not affect you.

  You cannot send mailing lists.

  You can export the content of a mailing list in a file and send the file to someone else. They should use the contact information in the file to import it into their address book, and then create a mailing list.

  The export command is under tools in the address book window. Find out what kind of file, customer email receivers can work with and send them this type of file.
