  Reboot and see if the icon is still there. If so, try the following:

  Go to control panel/Folder Options, view tab, set the options so that you can see the hidden files and folders and show protected operating system files. You should now be able to see a desktop desktop.ini file. Delete and restart. See if that helps.

  OK, I got the answer of the Oracle. Transaction is not currently supported with OracleBulkCopy().
