  You can only get a new product key when buying a new copy of Windows.

  Check the bottom of the laptop for a sticker with a 25-digit product key.  If she says it's for the same edition of Windows that is currently on the computer then you can use it.  Otherwise, you can order recovery disks from the manufacturer of the laptop or of a third party as Recovery - Disks.com and restore the computer to its factory condition.  Recovery disks don't require entry of a product key during installation.

  No matter which OS X is installed on a Mac in 2009, it shouldn't take a minute to start, but it is not as fast as a new Mac either.

  Minimum of Photoshop is v10.9 (Mavericks) or later version, so it should work on El Capitan 10.11.

  If there is no problem with the driver supplied by the manufacturer, by all means use this driver instead of the Microsoft Inbox driver (whidh is perhaps not as common or may have other issues).  If the other driver has resolved the problem, then be happy that you have a solution and use it.  Forget the driver that does not work well and just throw it away.

  When callers are blocked, they are sent directly to your voicemail. They can leave a message. You can still hear none of these messages by going to voicemail in the phone app and then type in blocked messages. They are separated from the other voice mail message so that don't accidentally read you them if you don't want to.

  Your architecture must change a lot to get it right.  You should read the data through a FIFO instead of use the interface on the front panel.

  I recommend that you change your VI so that it is a Subvi.  Make sure it is reentrant.  For starters, you can pin Numbers and a reference to FIFO.  Then in your main VI, you call just this VI three times with different constants at the entrances to designate different pins to use.  Use a DMA FIFO for read data that must be sent with some additional data to tell you which bus to send to.  Then, you pass just the data along the via FIFO belongs to the port you are writing.
