HP 15-g019wm Notebook PC: computer laptop Hp 15 is stuck on please hold start after downloading software hp

I installed a bunch of hp updates based on research in this Web site:http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-g000-Notebook-PC-series/6545564/model/6761879/drivers?lang...

I followed the steps and then I headed to a page showing all areas BIOS chipset graphics driver realtek wifi card, etc... I installed all those who had support for my pc, including the chipset intel one. I installed them according to recent date from 18 to 26 September... I was low on battery then he died and I plugged it in later and restart.

It will show screen hp, then my screen color of time and date then it will go to the black screen after destop seen with colors.

Now, it is showing black screen please wait, then it stops for a few sceonds it will alternate blue and black whille sreen say please wait.it say please wait on the blue screen, then switch to black (nothing about this) and repeat.

I can't access in the machine or in the connection section, I can however Boot Manager access. Need instructions.

Please note when I bought this machine from Wal-Mart, I had no cd with it.

I'm hoping to play and learn the bootmanager. Anyone know what I would do in the bootmanager?

Try to review the documents to see if you can get the rear system works again:

If this does not help, then you can consider to perform a System Recovery, to put the laptop to its factory settings.  Please let me know how it goes.

    Hello!  I was not able to start windows for a few weeks now.  It began when I was running out of hard drive space and he got up to a.92 megabytes, when I turned it off for the night. The next day, I bought a WD My Book backup disk, but when I tried to install it, it would not allow me to do it in safe mode.  So I went to just manually copy as much as I could think of that external hard drive, I was able to release about 40 g of space.  But I have still a few other files that I copied, but now, it will not allow me into safe mood.  I see only a screen with files loaded and it stops at "charges: \windows\system32\drivers\crcdisk.sys" and it will not go further.

    I did hard drive checks, memory check and everything is good, but still will not load windows completely.

    I don't have a restore cd, no disk Vista installation (vista preinstalled), or it give me one of my restore points, I've created in the last couple months.

    ·         You get the error message? What happens when you try to boot to the desktop?

    ·         You receive an error when you start normally?

    I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:

    Method 1:

    Remove all the external driver and restart the computer and check if the problem occurs.

    Method 2:

    Restart the computer in last known good configuration (LKGC) and check if the problem persists. Follow the steps in the link:

    Failed to configure Windows (it took so long and shows no percentage) so I turned off my laptop, removed and unremoved battery and turned on it. The problem is it does not start and the screen is all black with little light on it.

    What I've done so far:

    -J' tried to restore the BIOS by following the instructions here say: http://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c02693833 ; However, I still have the same problem after restoring the BIOS.

    -J' also tried a few hardware diagnostic test, he failed in the test of ' disk hard short dst check "and gave me chess and product IDS.

    Yes the hard drive needs to be replaced. Just call support and they will have it replaced for you under warranty.

    My laptop was purchased in sept 2010 and runs Win7 Home Premium Edition (64-bit).

    It worked perfectly until June 2016, when the trial version free odious Win10 forced itself on my laptop.  I had no choice, I used Win10 for a day or 2 and then discovered that:

    (1) I lost the audio capability, HDMI port, I use to connect to my TV, and

    (2) the Win10 trial enabled me to return on Win7, I did without delay.

    In my Win 7 restored, everything was fine, except when I have her go in Control Panel to configure / reconfigure HDMI as the default, I couldn't - the element used to appear as "AMD HDMI Audio" is no longer displayed.  I remember a message during the free trial period Win10 that says it has disabled any material incompatible.  Without a doubt, Win10 free trial 'killed' this HDMI/device port, at least audio-wise.

    Today, I always run the same Win7, but I can't have audio HDMI on this port.  When I connect to my TV, the video works.  Win7 Device Manager it shows with an exclamation in yellow, and when I right click to get more details, there is a message saying Microsoft:

    Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52).

    Is there a way to 'get it '?  'this' is AMD HDMI audio.  (and wthout spoil the graphics - that is, video)

    I tried to install the drivers provided by AMD [graphics] and that did not work. The Internet from AMD website says that the audio drivers are included in the package for graphics drivers.  There is also a huge confusion in the way these low level items are named/described: ATI and AMD, because they have merged, were used somewhat interchangeably.  I also tried the graphics drivers AMD HP Support Web site specific to my laptop and it has only gotten worse.

    Awesome response. I read the details and depth of your post. I understand that the bios is updated. So you could end up with this update.

    Happens to the other updates. This will be the order.

    1. Uninstalling the driver Chipset and resettlement.

    2 reinstalling and uninstalling graphics drivers

    3. uninstall the sound drivers and reinstall.

    Before uninstalling, you can try to update the drivers supplied by device also Manager and if that market that will be great. Please, do it only if you don't have already done.

    Before uninstalling please make sure that you capture an image of the complete Device Manager window. Take some pictures of your cell phone. Please note the exact device for audio and video chipset drivers. Then, you will need to uninstall it from the Device Manager and install from the support site in the above order so that there is no confusion.

    If nothing works as a last resort, you may need to restore complete system to factory settings. Please backup your files before doing so. This is possible since the recovery of your computer's hard drive partition.

    My computer laptop lag during the game and when I start my laptop it emits a sound engine. It's hard to explain, but when I play for about 20 min and I can really hear my fan turns and then my computer lags in gameplay. If anyone can help it will be really nice :).
