HP 2540: Cannot sweep on 2540. Analyze the icon option on HP s/w not stay appear
2540 and HP s/w on my laptop installed with success at home on WiFi. Then I moved everything to my RV... which means put PCs and the 2540 on a different network. Had to uninstall HP desktop s/w (on Toshiba Win8.1 64) and DELETE the printer and then reinstalling s/w to achieve the ability to print on my WiFi based on RV (the process included via a USB port). I can print now, but cannot scan. Even ran doctor printing/scanning HP with no satisfaction.
Once again: I can't scan. The s/w HP does not offer this as an option as it did in my original installation of 'home '. When I click on HP desktop icon now, I am prompted with "do you want to allow the following program to make changes? I proceeded to YES several times. No help.
In addition:
Under control panel / printers & devices, there are two HP icons: series of readings (1) HP Deskjet 2540, others (2) reads the same but includes the word "driver"... and 'pilot' is the default icon and is functional for printing. The icon (1) cannot be made by default, and when you click on to, the new screen reads "no task is available on this page. FWIW, I can't scan during an attempt of web page IE directly to the IP address of the HP.
At home, I had a HP icon on the desktop , when you click on it, took me to a HP screen which included "Scan." The current /same icon compels me now to 'Do you want to install more s/w'... and if 'yes', I have 2 viable options, but him 'add more software' is printing in black (can't click on it). To the right of this 3rd option, if I choose 'Visit HP.com', I am overwhelmed at what HP wants me to then (spending money, is clearly the purpose of the screen). No help there.
Several times, I tried to remove all the HP s/w and printers and everything I could imagine... and then re-located to the s/w time from the CD and via the web.
Signed: Really frustrated.
I'm now printing/scanning OK... but not with the s/w which is here on data CD that accompanies the 2540... a package of s/w that I used quite happy.
After HOURS of frustration trying to get the data loading on my laptop CD (never did it), I found the executable "HpSupportSolutionsFramework 12.0.26" on the HP site which (when run), load a new piece of s/w on my laptop Win-8. No user manual. No help screens. No reasoning why the old s/w has been is no longer supported. Without explaining why the s/w which charge a year ago would not now charge. Ideally, the HP web site should have an assignment that my 'old' s/w has now been replaced by new ones. Lack of communication on the part of HP.

What you see is exactly the way it should work. Open the site your Finder window opens, so you can access the .muse file you want to open. Recently opened (just below it) will show the list of sites you have worked on lately. I don't know what else await you.

No, Muse or any other program besides will not open a file that you do not select to open. To remove a site simply open Finder on Mac go to the location of the file and delete it in one of the many ways that a Mac allows you to do.

Analyze the speech on a merged clip does not
In the past, I've analyzed successfully the content of video clips with good results. I was even able to use CC history scripts.
When I try to analyze a merged clip (prores422 1080 24 p, audio .wav) options to analyze speeches are grayed out. I can analyze the video portion of the clip merged (even if it has no audio data), but gives it to .wav file me gray analyzes content options.
Am I missing something? Are not supported .wav files?
The only solution I can think of is to make new clips via media encoder.
Any thoughts would be helpful.

It's a disappointment on the limitation, but your work around works!
I analyzed the .wav obtained the transcript and the Viola shows up with the merged clip.
(Curiously, I couldn't analyze the .wavs before but now I can).

Thanks for posting with us. I suggest try to start safe mode and see if it works correctly. If Yes, then you can start using the "last known good configuration." If in Safe Mode, you have the same problem, you should run chkdsk /r and sfc/scannow. Here are the instructions for these suggestions. What is the 'alternative' open window that keeps popping up and what alternative programs you are requested to choose? Either by the way, not by chance is offered a selection of browsers to choose (this must be done in the UK and the European Union). If so just click OK button to connect to the internet. Once you have done this you will be given the choice of browser. If you do not want to change the browser, you already have IE 8.0, so I see no reason to change, then close the window and have no other problems. If you have a "Choose Browser" icon on your desktop, it can be removed.

New to DW. I DW CC 2015 and teach myself with online tutorials. Some of the icons mentioned in the tutorials are not displayed on my DW. The refresh icon is not on the "toolbar", Format tab 'Aglin' option isn't there. Is it possible to see if all the icons/tools/etc. are?

Ensure that the tutorials you read matches that of DW you have.
DW CC has undergone a lot of changes to the user interface since its introduction. See the links below. If you have no tutorials that match the version of your product, you will be lost and confused.

I had this same problem about two months ago and someone here told me what to do. Unfortunately I do not write it down so I don't remember. I tried, tools-options - advance - General - unchecked use hardware acceleration when available... it did not work. Yahoo homepage looks fine on IE on Firefox, it's a mess. Someone please help.

Just migrated from OS to Windows and I am no longer able to use Apple "to THE" audio filters, including AUGraphicEQ. Have you tried:
(1) reboot holding SHIFT
(2) resettlement program
(3) a new analysis plugins
(4) support Adobe by phone (lol)
Loading project I get the following error message: "missing Audio filter: 1735550321 1634758764 4:1635083896.
Now written the effect in the effects Control Panel: "Filter (offline)" and by activating / deactivating the "fx" button doesn't do anything.
After that be hung up to Support Adobe once I was on hold for 22 minutes... so needless to say it's a little bit my last hope. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Apple Audio units (AU) filters are available only in Mac OS; You can't use them on Windows, so if your project is using these you will receive the error message (unfortunately not descriptive). Effect references are stored in the project file when you transfer the project between the operating systems, so that if you return to a system with the desired effect, they will appear in the effect controls panel. The same happens with transitions and effects of third installed.
There is no direct resolution, as the effect parameters can be translated in any native Premiere Pro effects provided with the application. You will need to either finish the project on Mac OS, or replace them with similar effects; in this case, the built-in "EQ" would probably be your closest match. Of course, you need to set the parameters to your liking.
