HP 3115 m: Bluetooth + network controller driver

I've had my laptop recently restored, and everything is perfect in addition to one thing. Now, nothing will connect via Wi - Fi. And whenever I try to install a Wi - Fi driver, it says that my Bluetooth is disabled. So when I try to install bluetooth, it is said, it cannot. I have to do something wrong.

Dear Experts,
I have recently installed windows 8.1 on my Dell Inspiron 14 (3421), but now I don't see any wifi networks on my network list. Simply, there is are no wifi now. But, I can connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable. Previously, I was using 32 bit Win 8 and everything was fine. I checked the Device Manager and found that in the other devices section, "Nework Controller" and USB 2.0 - CRW' have yellow exclamation point and no driver installed. I tried to install driver for network controller, but none of them were relevant. I tried updating the properties of the network controller driver, but windows cannot find any. Please please please help me in suggesting what should I do? or what is the driver for my network controller?

Your machine doesn't have a network card, modem only. You need to replace the modem with a mini-PCI combo and then install the appropriate driver.

Try to manually install the driver... it is certainly the driver you need.

Go to Device Manager and click on the network controller needing drivers.

Click the driver tab. Click on set to update driver. Select her browse my computer for driver software option and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.
