  Right-click on the exe, click Properties
  Click the Unlock button
  Click OK

  A related mistake seems to be "your current security settings do not allow this file to download.
  Workaround for this is: (also works for the first error).
  Create a new local administrator on your machine account
  Log inside
  Download the file.

Also, I would like to use my existing CD - RW media, formatted using INCD Nero / Roxio - Direct software CD. What DVD buring software I can use? (whenever I'm using an old CD - RW for drag & drop option, the system hangs / end up with blue screen.). Right now I use Roxio easy media creator and NERO INCD version 4.0. Please send your useful suggestion.

  In any case I'll explain how. If the DVD movie is torn, there are a lot of vob files. I burn movies DVD with Nero software of engraving on this way:

  -Select in Nero that media must be used (DVD)
  -Go to option of movie DVD
  -You can see two files (Audio and video. Video is red)
  -All files must be copied to the VIDEO folder
  -Start the burning process.

  I know it sounds stupid now but the recovery images include an HD DVD player and you can have if you install OS using this recovery media.

  To be honest, your question is strange. I have Satellite P200D without HD DVD drive, but I managed to install a HD Toshiba DVD player to this topic. No problem at all.

  Two possibilities come to mind, is an essential Codec you are missing or if you have a defective Codec installed.

  Look for defective Codecs in MOVIE Maker via the Tools / Options / Compatibility tab.  Remove all entries except the AVI compressor.  See if you get more than 2.4 percent.

  Rule out the possibility of miss some relevant Codecs, discover and download and install something like that and test again.

  Do you have enough space on the DVD for the file, and you have the same amount of free space on the hard disk for the temporary work files (maybe even a little more)?

  Go to start / computer / C:\Windows\Program files and see if you can find a folder for the software.  If so, open the folder and find the executable icon and right-click on it and click send to, and then shortcut on the desktop.  When yoy go the desktop double click on the icon and see if the software opens.

  There are two options available.

  1. you can order a set of replacement recovery disks using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office).  They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.

  Order HP recovery disks.

  2 another option that you might consider is to create your own Windows 7 installation disc.

  Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

  The ODD driver is part of the Windows operating system.
  Windows uses the common Microsoft driver and so there is no driver on the Toshiba page.

  But why would you install this driver?
