    I love Firefox on IE 9, with one exception. I can't change the text/font size in Firefox as I can in IE 9.
    I followed the instructions of the Firefox help re increase the size/font of text for web pages:
    Tools,
    Options
    Content,
    Advanced.
    Then I changed all fonts to 12 and unchecked the box re allowing web pages to choose their own font.
    Then you click on
    Ok
    Ok.
    But he did nothing. The police on every web page is tiny... a 5 or a 6.
    Is there another way to increase the font?
    (I was able to use the Zoom feature under the notice, but it increased the minimum text size, and I don't want to use the Zoom function whenever I visit a web page.) Thanks in advance for any help you can offer

    The Firefox Page Zoom feature makes a domain level by area to save favorite settings level users zoom, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox, as with some other browsers.

    Try the extension Default FullZoom Level:

    That are running Windows 7 enterprise and on another professional machine, same results:

    I share a "laser" on the USB printer, the printer works very well under windows prgms...  (all as administrator)

    Open CMD window:

    "net use LPT2: \\hp1\laser / persistent: Yes" command complete and looks good in "Net view \\hp1".

    Now, I open the print queue window and try printing a text file:

    "print test.txt > lpt2" command appears to complete.  (Same results for copy, etc.)

    I now see the file appear in the print queue, flashing, saying: rolling/printing, repeating & loop, and each Flash increases the size of the file!

    I tried to change the Port LPT1 and 3

    Nothing prints, because I have to stop the spooler, delete the file, start the spooler to clear.

    What happens on two different machines, I'm totally stuck!

    Help appreciated!

    To answer your question about whether you can increase graphics memory by default, it wouldn't be. There are explanations to this here: Graphics Memory FAQ for Microsoft Windows 8 and 8.1*. He also explains that the way that much available is conditioned by the other components of the computer.

    Consider whether, you shouldn't have a problem to play Pro Evolution Soccer, on the laptop. You can check this with: you can run.

    To improve the performance of read this document: improve the performance of system without adding memory (Windows 8).

    I also recommend to test other games with minimum requirements similar or very well.

    You can definitely show text exceeds the maximum allowed in Word.

    • Open a new Word document
    • Set the Page layout > landscape
    • Select your font > set size 72 (max in 2013 Word) or anything that is the maximum for your version of Word
    • Cut the text > save as a .jpg file
    • Insert the image file in your Word document
    • Right click on the inserted picture > select the size and Position > increase the size of the image to any percentage you like

    Because the 'text' is now captured in the image, it will display as the size of the 'bigger '.

    Hold down the CTRL key and press - to reduce the size of the page.

    On your pivot table view, click the properties button located on its own place just under the area of "Sections".

    Click on "More formatting Options" and change the width to 100% (make sure that you type the percent sign). This will extend your PivotTable in dashboard so there is no white space to the left or to the right of the report.

    No, it's not simple.
    Create another folder, move some mail on it and make room and compact in the file menu that Thunderbird always has a 4 GB limit on mail to be held in a local folder. IMAP account apparently can be greater. POP cannot.
