  There are only Intel processors in the manual on the link I posted.

  An AMD processor will not work on an Intel motherboard, or vice versa.

  Yes you can.

  If you can connect to the internet first, launch the program from Windows Update in your programs menu. It will download and install the latest drivers for most of your hardware components.

  For anything else, you need, you can use the Vista drivers found on your laptop support page.

• Using the HP G7000 recovery partition

  Hi people

  I have a laptop G7000.

  About 4 years ago, I ran the recovery utility to fundamentally reset the mobile entity.

  My question is, can I do it using the same partitioned recovery files? Computer laptop becomes just a little cluttered, and I want to clear some of the Deadwood programs, registry entries and generally speed up everything back again.

  Yes your restore partition will work, so to speak, for ever.

  I always recommend that you burn a copy on DVD, so in case something must happen that partition, some viruses can be very mean, you will have a backup secure your system.

  I bought a HP G7000 laptop pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium x 86 a few days, the problem with him, it was that the screen wouldn't turn on even when it is plugged into the laptop is connected using the adapter I had also buy separately as the original was lost and only cost me £10 for a single compatible Internet to second hand the screen has not been broken and showed no sign of wear, I took it to my local PC repair for £40 shop in which the contacts behind the necessary screen connection upwards and with a bit of welding for other parts of the repair, however when I back tool kit in my place the illuminated screen fine in which I decided to perform a factory restore to make him feel as if it was brand new and that he belonged to me. After you restore the laptop with success, I noticed that a lot of things was a bit outdated and decided to update to make it compatible with the latest security patches as well as the latest corrections of bugs or upgrade to SP2 etc, however as soon as the update and turn on the laptop from time to time display kept going funny is black and white and would not display whatever this either clearly in which I had to keep forcing the laptop to close with the help of the power button in which I do not do as this will damage the hard drive later, however when researching this problem on the Internet I came across this thread in forum http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f108/hp-g7000-screen-issue-529809.html using Google describes a very similar problem for me , the problem not only seems to be with tilt angle of the screen, but also the surface in which the unit is placed down on, I tried different surfaces, including my fan USB cooler, glass and wood and produce different results from time to time. So I guess the answer is to put the camera on a surface flat which is not brilliant and screen doesn't tilt not when you use the laptop? I thought that was intended to make mobile no matter what surface you place the unit on the calculation of a laptop and what angle you have screen. Your comments and suggestions would be very appreciated.

I also suspect that the problem is related to interference and lighting conditions as well as conditions of heating and battery as the battery sometimes hold a charge while sometimes, it isn't and should use the AC adapter when this happens, do not know if the BIOS flashing contributed to the battery hold a charge well.

  To further diagnose the integrity of your computer's battery, I advise you to follow this document on the calibration of the battery for laptop (Windows Vista). This should help to re - sync with your laptop battery.

  Because the screen is intermittently on the screen when moved to a certain angle, I think that the display panel cables are defective. • Pavilion G7000: HP G7000 demoted in XP, no sound...

  Hi and thanks for looking. I went down to XP on my G7000 - nice work quick - but, as many others have found it, my audio is passed. I followed several guides without result. I learned the following:

  1. that I need Microsoft UAA Bus driver initially (I)

  2. that is my audio driver Conexant HD 221

  3. that, sometimes dragging this back to a previous version did the trick

  4. this "manual installation" WiSVHe5.inf sometimes works too, but does nothing for me

  5. that someone called 'Cheryl G' seems to know how to resolve this ;-)

  Any help is greatly appreciated. The exact computer model is G7065EA and it runs a modified version of XP SP3 (problem that is?) All other drivers - video, wireless, etc - have reinstalled OK. Versions of the Conexant driver I downloaded are as follows:

  When I try to install one I get "Driver Installation Failed: could not find the MEDIA device for this driver." That's when I do the "manual installation" of WiSVHe5.inf. After that, everything looks good in Device Manager - but still no sound.

  This is where I am now. Any help is greatly appreciated! :-)

  If I had to buy a copy of Windows 7, I would be able to reinstall the unit this copy of Windows? I.e. without losing access to the partition of recovery if I have to reformat the C partition with this copy of Windows. I did a recovery media for unity for when I had the first day using 2 DVD, one for the original OS Windows Vista Home Premium x 86 and one for the driver and the software supplied with the camera, but how can I test to make sure they will work, once another copy of Windows has been installed on the device? I have not done yet, as I don't want to lose access to the recovery partition. Why I want to do it because I want to upgrade to a Windows operating system better than the one I have currently installed.

  Hello:

  Once you install W7, the recovery partition will work (except if maybe you do an upgrade inplace rather than a clean installation).

  If you need to restore Windows Vista, you will need to use the recovery discs you created.

  There is a recovery management program that is needed to access the recovery partition via the guest of F11.

  If clean you install W7, this program is deleted, and it is not available for download.

• Audio driver for HP G7000 Notebook PC reformatted cards? (downgraded from Vista to XP)

  I recently spent in my Vista system very slow and buggy to a nice, fast XP - but now I can't find the correct audio driver. I tried to download several versions of the Conexant HD Realtek Audio for XP that is recommended by driverguide.com, but it won't install, because it is the wrong driver. The drivers listed on HP are compatible with Vista.

  In fact, I managed to solve this problem earlier - I am gone in Device Manager and then right click on any device with a yellow question mark (thanks for the tip of Pankay). Then - and I cannot believe it was that simple - option Update the driver gets up, and an Assistant then guides you in the process of searching online for the driver and install it immediately. all my sounds are restored. SM Bus controller driver is not yet installed, but the sound works fine - hurray!

  I have an iPad 2 air in perfect condition, since it first came out. I have the cell phone/Wifi version with Verizon. My problem has been lately, when connected to wifi, the wifi shuts on the iPad many times when using, and more so at rest.

  Did somebody encounter this problem since upgrading to iOS 10 It is the only variable that has changed, I'm still using the same networks that I have always used for Wifi.

  Follow these steps to find and correct the problem:

  1. you must check your Wi - Fi router: check if other devices can be connected. This will let you know if there is a problem with your Wi - Fi router. You can restart your router and restart the connection to WiFi.

  2. make sure that Wi - Fi on and you can see your network

  3. go to settings on your iPhone > Wi - Fi and check if it is enabled. And if there is a blue check mark next to a network name means that your iPhone or iPad was connected to this network.

  4 restart your iPhone/iPad, router, cable/DSL mode

  5. If this does not help, reset your network. On your iPhone, iPad, got to settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will reset Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell parameters and VPN, and APN settings you used before.

  These measures should help.

• iPhone 7 - 10.0.2 - would not connect to wifi - got hot - DEATH

  I have an iphone brand new 7 (black) who has not seen a bump, the knock, the drop of water, or frankly anything that could damage it - always used with Chargers apple and cables only. I came home one day and noticed that my wifi woulndt connect. He would not even see the networks. The phone started to get hot and the battery percentage began to collapse, down 80% to 0% in about 15 minutes.

  When I tried to reconnect to the power, it will not even turn on, nothing, no display showing load or anything like that. Just completely dead.

  Ive owned every single iphone (except some S models) and have never had this happen. In fact, I could plug in my iphone 3gs right now and I'd be willing to bet $100 it load up and turn right into. Im just stunned, having given apple credit both for making bulletproof devices for years.

  What's the deal? anyone else having this problem? Ive looked online and I can't find anything. I have a genius appt tomorrow and Im prayer I can get a replacement same day. I have applecare +.

  If there is something wrong with the device, Apple should replace it. However, they have the final call, and no one here can say exactly what they will do. Given the age of the unit, I suspect that you won't have problems getting a replacement. They should have stock for replacements. I wouldn't worry.

• How can I connect to a wifi network when I get the message 'safety recommendation' when I try to join?

  I have problems connecting to the WiFi at the hotel, as I have upgraded to iOS 10. When I try to join, I get a message "safety recommendation", and then it does nothing else. Prior to the update of the iOS, it would open an another Popup screen that lets me enter the password for the hotel but is not past with iOS 10. How do go?
