  Hello, I'm coming back in video editing and I run into some roadblocks frustrating with Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.  I use one, what I discovered for cheap camera, Samsung SMX - F40. IM shooting resolution 'Fine TV', which I believe is 720 x 480.  By trial and error, I think I have a Preset of correct when creating my project sequence, because I successfully under the leadership and downloaded the video on YouTube that was my goal for this project.
