  Hello

  You can remove the need for a power on password as follows.

  Judgment of the laptop.

  Now on TAP the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to access the start menu, then select f10 to open the Bios menu.  Use the arrows to select the Security tab and press ENTER.  Use the arrow keys again to highlight the power on password and press ENTER.  Enter the current password and then the new password, simply leave this blank and press on enter - do the same for the confirmation field.  Press f10, select this option to save the new settings and press to enter.

  About the old username, it may be preferable to create a new Admin account for your sister, and then delete the old profile - Note: make sure that the new account has admin status before you delete the old profile of admin.

  I am the administrator and I have parental controls installed on user accounts for my children.  When they fall on a blocked Web site, one of the options is "Ask an administrator for permission."  When they click on this link, a dialogue, a box pops up saying "this link must be opened with an application" and asked them to browse and choose an application.  What application they should choose?  Now they must remember Web site, sign out of their account, have log in as administrator, add it to the approved list on parental controls, while I log out and they can log on and access the Web site.  It's crazy, especially doing reports of schools who may need to use things like sites of weapons that would be otherwise blocked.

  You will need to go back to the account for which you have changed the privileges. A computer cannot have only any comments or Standard user account. An administrator account must exist also manage them.
